Never again will I book this hotel.
SanjoySanyalon 01/05/2017 08:45I have booked this hotel thrice before for people visiting us from other cities (we stay further down the street so it is very convenient) . This morning May 1 2017 as my guest went to check out the hotel slapped a Rs. 500 linen fine on him. The linen they had supplied was frayed (this is a budget hotel ) and my guest's mistake was that he had not protested that the linen had a tear. The receptionist Sanghamitra and staff Ershad were very rude and insisted that the guest had deliberately cut the linen. Please see picture to make up your mind whether it is at all possible . There are several budget hotels in this area. Please avoid this hotel as I also shall in the future.
Excellent budget hotel with good room service

Staffs are polite and prompt room service.
Room Cleanliness is good.
Location is in interior but GPS shows an exact location. Hence not a problem.

razialimon 16/02/2017 02:30That was a great trip for me. Suddenly I had to had a tour to Kolkata from Bangladesh. All were happened at once. I found all the hotels are booked and nothing was else so far I knew to stay. One of my friend hooked me an IPhone to get rid out of this problem. There I found a place with in very short time. I really thankful to Trip Advisor.
Excellent service
BMJITon 26/10/2016 20:13I stayed their for 3 nights , really I like the hotel amenities n services. The main restaurant buffet was fabulous even the servers r very polite n trained . Wth nice smile beautiful hostes always call their guest by name that really proud things.
My family came to hotel to meet me but F/O Did not allow them to come up , even their is lots of procedures to follow ....!!
Bad Experience
Om Pon 09/05/2016 04:14The hotel agreed on phone to provide room at 7 am with no extra charge, but started asking extra half day charge when reached hotel. Had a bad first time experience. Then I shifted to another hotel nearby.
