Very nice staff and great location. Exactly in front of Tokushima University which I wanted to visit.

The room were nice and comfort and close to delicious restaurant.

Have parking area

Pretty tired looking hotel that looks like it has had no improvement work done since the 80's...room had a damp smell and all the furniture and tiling in the room were all scratched up or peeling...location is okay (about 20 minute walk from Tokushima station)...for not much more, might as well get a place close to the station...other than that, a typical Japanese business hotel...I wouldn't want to stay for more than a night...
