excellent arrangement, wonderful people , No. 1 in Hospitality. Neat and clean room.
Special care for DIVYANG person. Gone there with 25 DIVYANG persons along with their family total 55 persons.

Hotel is located in the heart of panchgani in the main market next to the taxi and bus stand all the main attractions like table land Parsi point and Sydney point are at walking distance the hotel is clean and has many types of room options from budget to economy to deluxe to super deluxe suits and pool side cottages are awesome the staff is friendly and ready to help always they have Indian and Chinese restaurants food quality is awesome but a bit expensive room service is available 24/7 there is a splash pool with slides and there is a Sheesha/ Hukka parlour in the hotel, there is ample space for parking, hotel is safe and secured with cctv cameras and very suitable for family also, consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the premises. The owners themselves are present all the time at the hotel and available for any help needed, there is an elevator for elderly guests. All together great experience at Hotel Rahil Plaza, Will 100% recommend this hotel .

The place was OK for a night stay, we were full day out, hence can't comment anything on service part, food was OK. People were also quite friendly, nothing great, bed was not at all great, overall OK

Pathetic Hotel & Management

Rooms are big but not clean at all, we've been asking the room service to clean the rooms but no one was even bothered to clean the rooms. Pathetic management, food very expensive and service pathetic.

If the management gives me the rooms free of charge will not take the option of taking the rooms rather will spend money in another hotel which is cleaner and better.

Swimming pool is so filthy that I had to literally ask my children to stay away from it.

Terrible,noisy,dirty....people walk by at odd hours talking at the top of their voices, children running all over screaming shouting....its a nightmare this place please never ever book here your money will totally go down the drain as you can forget about even a minute of peace and quiet also the rooms are so claustrophobic that you cant sleep at all......the most pathetic hotel i have ever seen in my life!!!
