hotel really need to work on their service and amenities - unprofessional

The only good thing about this hotel is the jain refreshment center right next door. The hotel is poorly equipped to deal with guests. They don't have staff. its not clean at all. stained sheets and dirty linen, table cloths couldn't be used. Overall they have no concept of what it means to run a a hotel and really need to work on their management. The two men who were there were trying their next to make it operational but its a far cry from enough. Food is not good and they need a good cook.

Amazing staff- would recommend if doing safari

Nice hotel near to ranthambore. A 10 min rickshaw from the station. Not many restaurants around however I think that is the town itself. We found a few in walking distance but the hotel itself also has a restaurant and good food .
Room was nice and very spacious. Had a TV which was good! Shower was warm and clean.
Staff were very very helpful and would do anything for the guests. We enquired about the fort and he arranged for someone to take us in a gypsy for a cheap price. He also woke up at 5.30am to take us to the booking office and helped us get our boarding passes for the next day.
We also wanted to do a safari the following day so he also arranged and we went into one of the good zones. So so helpful.
Nice room but the staff really made it for us.
Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to do the safari.

3 days visit for tiger safari

We spent 3 nights at this hotel on our tour of India. The team at hotel could not have been more helpful in terms of setting up safari tours (helped us get tickets for canter in good zones) and trips to fort.

Hotel was clean and room was good size. Location is short drive to National Park next to select restaurants. Would recommend to stay.

Nice place to stay, car rental service available here, they also book safari for u
And the best thing is , it's close to forest gate. Room was net nd clean . Hot water available. In front of hotel a small garden is make so beautiful.

So when I checked in to the hotel I saw that the room is stained with ants and also realised that the bedsheet hadn't been changed and was stained with food. A really bad experience. Also the flush kept on trickling into the commode and a weird odour was being emitted from the sink. It sure does look like a palace from outside but inside it's a chawl. The staff was greeting indian guests with a care a damn attitude and bowing and doing namaste to all the foreign guests. Avoid this place and do not get fooled by its over inflated four star rating. It's getting a star in my review just because of its exterior and the fact that I have to give a star to let trip advisor allow me to post this review.
