Bogus hotel. Poorest service. TV Wi-Fi a.c. intercom hot water service worst . Nothing better except view and locality of d hotel. Price is very very high . U will not get even warm water to drink before 8am morning as no staff or kitchen available before 8am

Rasoi Open Air Restaurant is Horrible of this Hotel

I was on Saurashtra trip with my extended family and we were in Diu on 25th May 2017. We halted at this place for breakfast. They have one open air restaurant Rasoi infront of this hotel. We have imagined it to better in service and hospitality. But sad to say, the staff and service were pathetic. They used rough language as if by serving they are doing some favor. The food barring masala dosa was also pathetic.

The great thing is that they have no feedback system in place and when I asked their manager Praveen where to give my feedback. They told to search on website and lodge in a very rude manner. Despite being tourist place such a behavior was unwarranted from the staff. I later lodged complaint with some person named Altaf who claimed to be in charge of the Rasoi restaurant. For the reference my bill no is 3590.

I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone especially if you are traveling with the family. This was only sour point in our trip to Diu.

Nice Hotel

room size is small. but location of hotel is nice you can see full seashore view from room gallery.there is issue in food if you are pure veg. because hotel having both kind of food veg+non veg. but yes you can order food from out side.

Sea facing good hotel

Rooms are sea facing with wide balcony, not spacious though, staff are attentive. Toilets are moderately clean, no complaints on linens. Sea facing balconies with chairs are plus point, here they serve Breakfast/Tea which is tolerably good. The restaurant located on front at roadside is about 200 ft away from main building requires lot of improvement both in food quality and service.

Barely tolerable

Standards of cleanliness barely acceptable. Sheets unchanged. Had to request clean ones! Balcony, chairs and table dirty with bird droppings. OK location, overlooking inlet if 2nd floor and above, north/front side. Noisy with trucks passing in day and dogs and roosters at night. $30/2,000Rs in Jan. 20017. Average by local comparisons. Wifi only in Reception!
