Nice place; great staff; great location
ben17aon 02/08/2017 16:32Stayed here while touring the WWII battlefield. Great location for that. Very nice hotel in Son. Rooms were very nice and quiet. The location allows you to walk to nearby restaurants and pubs. Centrally located in the Son portion of the battlefield and a great jump-off point for Arnhem battlefield. The staff was very friendly; they were more than happy to get this American a cup of coffee at 5AM. Breakfast was very nice and you have your choice to eat in the well-appointed room or out on the patio. Very nice stay and would definitely stay here again.
Five stars aren't enough
Dick Gon 25/05/2017 03:35This was the nicest, most enjoyable hotel on our road trip through the low countries and northern France. Very quiet, restful, old-world ambiance. The bar/lounge in the hotel section was wonderful, beautiful fireplace. Our room was spacious and comfortable, slept great. Large bathroom. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant was excellent for dinner, too.
Staff pleasant, good service throughout hotel and restaurant. Plenty of parking on the grounds. Great base for Market/Garden touring. Price very reasonable.
Very cozy Hotel

Cozy sitting area and bar on the first floor. The staff are all friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are large and nice. Nothing to fancy but very comfortable. It close to the shops and restaurants, so you can walk to them.
The restaurant in the hotel had an amazing hamburger. I arrived late and they held the kitchen open for me and made me an amazing burger!! One of the best I have ever eaten. I love a good burger.
This is a great place and very cozy and comfortable.
Choose a room not above the bar. It does get a lively crowd at night as it is a very great place to hang out.
Reasonable quality in good location
HappyWandererHoustonon 11/01/2017 20:08Within walking distance of my office and many business in the local area this is ideal for the business traveller like me, although I'm not too sure this is a tourist area anyway. The rooms are a bit 80's East Germany and has free wifi and several English Tv channels. The entrance and the bar, breakfast room and brasserie are very quaint. The brasserie has a limited menu but offers a 3 course meal for 35euros and is of very good quality. If you get bored of the menu you have every food group imaginable within 5 minutes walk, including a large bar/restaurant, The Swan. Breakfast is good quality continental style with warm pans of boiled and scrambled eggs, a good start to the day.
Friendly staff, excellent food
Lesley Gon 10/08/2016 20:12I have been here several times, for a wedding, high wine twice and several dinners. The friendly service, excellent food and wine, ambiance and location make it a place which should be tried. I have never been disappointed at la Sonnerie.
