1. Location: 2 minutes walking to Baniyas Square Metro Station.
2. Customer service outstanding. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
3. Our room was in 6th. Floor with creek view. A must.
4. Breakfast included. Really GOOD!!!
5. A little outdated but in pretty good shape everything.
6. We will definitely recommend these hotel.
We are travelers so we only sleep at the hotel, if there are any more facilities we don't know.

I stayed here this May 2017. We went with wife for her birthday for 4 nights. Selected hotel was Riviera Dubai.
From the moment we entered hotel till last second of check out we felt very great staff experience. They made a great surprise to my wife and sent a sweet cake on the day of birthday.
We stayed in a creek view room. Room facilities were much than enough. Room amenities are good quality. Air conditioning was fine.
Breakfast is good, have enough variety. Hot live station.
Once we had a lunch also at the hotel. For a descent price, it was a great value.
The hotel really located in hub location. Near to 2 different metro stations (we were using mainly Banias metro).
Very special thanks to Mr. Maan (general manager), to Mr. Mostafa (Front office) and to entire F&B team.
For sure the General Manager collected a very nice team and they give a very good experience to guests.
By the way, guests are from different countries, it is not like in some hotels were they prefers only some nations.
Thanks to entire team again for a great vacation experience.

Stayed at the hotel for one night but have stayed there before many times. Good location opposite abra station. Just a bit outdated and need to update there rooms for modern travellers. Breakfast was good with egg made to order.

Stayed there for more than 10 days. It is located comfortable within walking distance (not in Summer) to the Gold Souq (Market), Spice Souq, Metro and Naïf Souq.
Check-in was done efficiently. Staff were friendly. Decor was dated but I think it is appropriate as it is in the old town side of Dubai. Standard room with tiny balcony (useful for smokers) was reasonably priced by Dubai's standard. Room size was comfortable for two (small) people, it also came equipped with coffee making facilities and had a sofa and dressing table. Tip: Rooms on fourth floor and above, if you pay a little extra for Creek View, gives you a superb view from the balcony. At night it is rather magical to watch the many Dhows (Boats) cruising by. Day time gives you a good feel of the hustle and bustle of the many merchant ships loading and unloading their cargo. It does make it noisy but sleep was not affected as room has sound proofed French windows/door. Double bed was comfortable and you have a choice of 2 different types of pillows - soft and hard. Wifi in room quality was very good via iPhone and iPad. Via laptop, I had some problems. Sufficient electricity points in room. Bathroom was a good size and it had a bath tub. Room comes with free breakfast buffet and had a rather good spread of Asian and English spread. Room service menu was relatively extensive though not cheap. The few dishes (example prawn and vegetable chop suey - AED65) that I ordered was flavourful.

Right from arrival till departure for 10 days were 100% superb. Mango juice introduced were "WOW" and shared with Hashim my secret "HEALTHY JUICE".Lets see if this is in the Beverage List next trip! We really Feel like "Home"
