Very Good Loaction Near park Circus Seven Point , Very Decent Size Rooms .Great Price on Goibibo .

No Frills But Basic is Present and Clean ,wifi is available and preety fast .

Overall Great Experience during my Second visit as well

Staff is very coperative especialy Manager Mr.Biswajit Sir,he has given complimentary breakfast at 9 AM which is great also supported me early check in which was awesome as i was travelling for more than 10 hours .

Just an average hotel, OK for stay with family. Rooms are ac and just good enough for stay. Sometimes you have to ask for towel and soap ect. In all just a budget hotel. Average tidiness.it is not very near of Howrah station but centrally located in a market. Hot water heater is available. Value for the money. There are a lot of hotels in vicinity. Remember to bargain.

Good hotel in central location

Stayed 2 nights in Rock Star hotel in April 2017. Rooms were clean and good. Staff was helpful. Centrally located in Park Circus. A mosque is there nearby. So early morning Azaan may wake up light sleepers. Otherwise a very good hotel. They provided free breakfast even if it was not mentioned during booking.

Too Noisy and a bit Shabby but Located Close to all Tourist Attractions

I stayed at this place along with a friend from 25 th March to 27 th March 2017 in the Room No 202 and I made this booking through the OYO website.
First thing the location was very good as it is located right on the main road opposite Bangladesh High Commission and close to all the places we wanted to visit like Mothers House[2 kmts],Birla Mandir[900 Metres],Iskcon Temple[600 Metres],Quest Mall[200 Metres] and also Arsalan, the Kolkata's famous Biryani center[200 Metres].
Next the Hotel is not maintained properly as the rooms were a bit shabby and look unkempt.The OYO amenities kit was good but the bathroom fittings are not functioning properly.There is too much Noise from the construction work that is happening nearby and also the decibel levels of the prayers from the Mosque located next to it are a bit Loud.
I have no complaints with the staff as they were prompt in service but this Hotel looks tired and it requires a urgent dose of Renovation.
Other thing that requires immediate attention is the Breakfast they serve which is 03 Pieces Puri with Subji and a small cup of Tea [ Check Out Pics] to which they need to at least add 02 slices of Bread toast,Omelette and a Fruit like Banana which would not cost them much.

average budget hotel

This hotel is located centrally in the city,but average budget hotel.I booked this hotel via OYO rooms.com. If you are traveling alone and for any work purpose for one day, then this hotel is OK.But the staff are very good and helping in nature. I stayed there for one day in feb-17.Hotel breakfast was complimentary but there is no option for u to choose.
