963hiroson 24/11/2016 14:34I stayed at this hotel for three nights. There are smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms. Breakfast is enough good, we can enjoy American food and Japanese food.
The sfaff were helpful and roon was enough wide. We can take a big bath, like an Onsen, at 12th floor. If the price is a little lower, it would be good and reasonable.

breakfast queue was so long and slow, hotel was unable to accommodate. we ran out of time and asked if they could provide us with boxes to pack breakfast as we had a train to catch but hotels staff said no. after all the queuing we only had 5 min left for breakfast. food was good but didnt have time to eat much so do allow time for queue as staff would not help if you are rushing.

The room very clean and , nice room.i love this hotel so much.and if i have a chance .i will go back again .

travelcap aon 10/02/2014 02:03Very Close to Hogashi Muroran JR Station, Simple and Clean Rooms. There is always someone available who can speak English.Stayed in Feb. nearest convenience store is at JR station which is 2 minutes by walk.reasonable rates for the space.
stayed 1 night on the way to Niseko
Puahon 17/12/2013 06:57stayed 1 night at this hotel during our transit to Niseko during June-13. Hotel provide free parking right outside the hotel. Next to Muroran station. The room was clean and small. Hotel provide onsen, but is pretty pack in the evening. Generally OK for traveler with families.
