Room rate included public hot bath was a bonus in city area
Ice800908on 23/06/2017 13:30Lobby not on the ground floor. All hotel in Sapporo price was high during spring season on Saturday. Most of the hotel's public hot bath in city area exclude in the hotel rate, but this hotel included the hot bath & breakfast. Hot bath is a bonus, breakfast was average. Wear Yukata to Public hot bath need to pass thought lobby was weird.
Staff, room size, wifi, cleanliness, comfortable of the bed everything was good, our room able to see the Susukino ferry wheel.
We only stay 1 night here, move to another 4 star hotel for 3 nights within walking distance to Sapporo station, as we get better offer within our budget.

Clean, comfortable hotel
Sim Yon 22/02/2017 10:10A few minutes walk from Susukino subway, good location for shopping and within short walking distance of numerous eateries.
The hotel reception was located on the 5th level, served by 3 lifts. The hotel had a strict 3 pm check-in policy, but that did not stop us from starting our shopping early when we arrived at about 11 am :-)
Our Comfort Twin room was on the highest floor. I think the difference between Comfort and Standard room is the availability of additional amenities and better toiletries. But otherwise the room size and setup is the same.
Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The toilet/bath was very compact. Wifi was strong. Heating and cooling was available from the same aircond unit through the remote control. We liked the breakfast varieties, unfortunately breakfast closed a bit early at 9.30 am. There were communal bath and self-laundry on the 5th level, but we did not use.
Excellent staffs at front desk and breakfast room. Just a bit expensive for this class of hotel (perhaps due to the snow festival), but we would not hesitate to stay here again.
Helpful and accommodating staff, good location
marissa6255on 14/02/2017 09:28The hotel's location is convenient; it's about one and a half blocks from the entrance of the Susukino subway station and the tram stop. We walked two blocks to the site of the Susukino Ice festival. There were many eateries surrounding the hotel. It may not be suitable for children though, since the area is a night entertainment district.
We found the staff very helpful, despite limited English skills. The breakfast buffet is adequate and filling. The hotel has public baths, one for male and one for female guests. There is a coin operated laundry which we found very convenient, since we stayed nine days in Sapporo.

Paul Bon 11/08/2016 22:56I was very happy with my stay in this hotel. Friendly relaxed atmosphere. A good sized single room. Hotel seemed new, or newly refurbished. I enjoyed the public bath. Very clean, and all utensils provided in the room. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

vosonon 23/06/2016 03:48Stayed there for 3 nights for vacation in June. It is really great location and very easy to get to interesting places, room is very small. It is really hard to communicate with hotel staff in English and not very helpful. Breakfast is poor.
