Nice hotel with a room with a view
Pyfferoen Jon 04/07/2017 11:36We had a nice room looking at the library of Ostend. The hotel is very nice situated about 100m from the beach and very close to the center. The wellness is very nice to do and the breakfast is excellent. There is a good atmosphere. We'll come back.

Some noisy rooms on the trams side. The thermal baths are of quality and neat, thank you Magalie
Probably the best hotel in Ostend

My favourite place in Ostend, certainly the best for a person in a wheelchair. The location is perfect : a stone's throw from the finest part of the beach, yet at ten minutes pleasant walk to city centre.

veroniquestrouven2on 28/06/2017 14:35My daughter (15y) and I visited the Royal Astrid Hotel - Ostend from 23/06-27/06/2017. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was very good. The hotel has a beautiful wellness area which you can enjoy daily. If you prefer to keep on your bathing suit;no problem. That is possible on tuesday and thursday. The hotel is 10 minutes by feet to the railway station, the shopping area and even nearby the beach. We 'll come back.
Perect room only the breakfast...

The location of the hotel is a big plus, a few steps to reach the sea, loved it.
The only negative point is the breakfast. All industrial products, low quality. I could not eat any egg as they use number 3 eggs...(0 is bio, 1 chikens outside, 2 industrial but outside, 3 the worst ever!) the lowest quality and cheapest eggs from the market, from chiken in unhuman factories.. unacceptable. CHEAP CHEAP breakfast!
