What People are saying

Nice Hotel but could be better

Vijender Son 13/06/2016 12:28

The hotel is situated on the bank of Jhelum but the riverfront is untidy.. the hotel can add value by keeping clean the river front and asking neighbours to avoid putting garbage there...
the rooms are airy well maintained. neat and clean.. bathrooms are neat and clean..
the staff is happy to serve and nice.
food is nice.

enjoyed staying there

cons

inthe early moring at about 3 or so the sound of azzan wakes you up and then you cant sleep.. it seems to be like loudspeaker is in the window... whentalked to staff they were sorry that could do little in that regard

would certainly recommend if that azzan is not a problem.....

We have stayed at Hotel Royale Jannat for two nights in the middle of May 2016. The hospitality shown by Sri Hirlal and the chef praise worthy. Room service excellent. The vegetarian food served by them was very tasty. But located far from main road.

nice holiday

Bad location. Poorly maintained rooms. Big doubt on how frequently they change linen and stuff. Food was average. And the wifi was not working.
We seriously considered changing our hotel, but had paid non-refundable fees in advance. Only saving grace was the sole staff member there who was helpful and courteous.
