mara047on 25/05/2017 09:07room service is not good. desk ppl are too strict. though they are charging very high, bathroom doesnot have dustbin tissue rolls. grace time for vacatiing also less.their mess is literally not providing anything. it is at centre. attractive building. good location. ill not prefer to back again
my experience with hotew salem castle
tapaswini ron 18/05/2017 04:47room service is very slow. no tissues and dustbin in bathroom. catering is not satisfactory. desk ppl are too strict with rules though so many 3 and 4 star hotels are very lenient and fleixble especially in this highly competitive world

Narasimhan Mon 21/02/2017 15:53Good to be there for a stay. Well located with nice facilities. All types of foods, nice lounge and Good privacy with pick and drop facilities. Enjoyed a pleasant stay over there. Just in the heart of the city.
Average Hotel in Salem
sbabu1671on 11/10/2016 09:44Just a km to left of bus stand, property looks good from outside. Smooth check in. Room provided was average. Hot water was not available in evening. Even though breakfast spread is small, tasty and nutritious breakfast.
Good Hotel for Business travellers

The Hotel is situated on the main road, quite near to the Bus Stand and not so far from The railway Station. Tariff is quite reasonable, with Complementary breakfast. The room has furniture not so recent, but neatly maintained. Bathrooms are reasonably clean. Staff is well behaved and cooperative.
