Placed at 2-3 minutes to Vatican city, I found this hotel as a great place for a city break.
The rooms are clean and confortable. Towels are changed every day.
Couple of things that worth to be mentioned:
- not all the rooms looks like the fotos
- the hotel placement is on a main street: you can find free parking places but the rooms with street view are noisy
- not all the rooms have balcony (important for smokers)
- you can find a lot of stores, coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.
- city tax is not included in the room price.

Was there just for one night. No elevator so... up to you to carry the luggage! No help even proposed by the receptionist (male and well fit). Poor breakfast even if waiters was very gentle. Room had old forniture, windows was not well closing, very noisy, impossible to sleep because on the front. Bathroom still had hairs of the previous customer in the shower and in the basin.

We stayed at hotel as part of pilgrimage group. The location is just 2 min walk to Vatican city and San Peter square, and also by bus 64 from train station from Roma Termini *approx 30min. The breakfast was simple but tasty. It was a bit chilly in the room, and not very airy, but ok to open windows, and we got extra bed blankets. It was a bit far to nearest socked for charging phone, bad WiFi connection, and shower had problem with water leakage. In overall as we stayed in hotel just for overnight, it was totally nice and friendly stuff made the stay welcomed. p.s. the keys are not card keys, with heavy wood key chains, which you can leave at the reception

This is a great place ref location and the staff are friendly. Nice decor in the public areas, but rooms and bathrooms are getting very tired. Just 7 mins from St Peter's so very convenient, but not a place for a couple to have a romantic time! Still fab for a school trip.

This hotel was selected by our travel guide as part of our package. I would not send my worst enemy here! Talk about a dream vacation interrupted... We are a party of six and stayed for three nights. I should say there nightmares. I switched rooms because the original room reeked of stale cigarettes. Another one of our party switched rooms because the TV didn't work. Due to broken ac the third couple switched rooms... Here's the long and short of it..they do NOT hve a ...regardless of what the front desk clerk says..oh it is working its just very hot outside funny the hotel in Sorrento had ac that was functioning fine. Every rooms smells terrible and the absolutely horrid woman at the front desk was vile to us. Yes the location is good but I will be letting our tour company know that the hotel San Pietro does not treat their customers well and they DONT have air conditioning. And don't get me started on the breakfast- if you can call it that. This hotel is horrible. Steer clear. Spend the extra money to be valued. And cooled and fed.
