Nice hotel with delicious food

Hotel situated at Ranathambhaur road . Location is good, staff is very decent, property owner Mr. NARROTTAM SHARMA is very good person. the Food is super delicious. Mr Asharam is nice person and excellent cook. Stay was nice and strongly recommend this hotel.

It was a fantastic stay at the sanctuary .... Great ambience and superb food.... really true value of money resort with perfect location too. ... The staff was supportive and specially to mention the small soviniar shop in the hotel.

Excellent service from the hotel manager, who made us feel very welcome. The manager helped us book our safari rides directly, saving us money by avoiding agent fees. We ended up in good safari zones (numbers 2 and 3) for both morning safaris that we went on and were lucky enough to see three tigers, as well as many other cool animals.
The room was comfortable and air conditioned, with a nice view from the balcony.
There was a decent choice on the menu of the hotel restaurant.

Good Rooms but extremely poor service

We went there as a group of friends as we got a good deal here and reviews of the hotel were pretty decent. We reached there before the check in time, but the hotel staff had the rooms ready for us which was the only good thing of the stay.

Once we checked in and ordered for food we were surprised to know that the food is not served in rooms and we have to go to their restaurant. There we came to know that we can't order any non veg dishes or veg starters as they don't have Tandoor working. We were fine with it as we thought this might be a one time case.

But over our period of stay of two days we realized that this is a consistent thing. They never had any starters for us nor any non veg dishes. Plus they were not ready to send food as part of room service. We had to go out to eat every time or order from other restaurants to get it delivered.

The worst part is once we saw them serving food in another room and threatened them that we are going to escalate this they were ready to serve in room, but again they had no dishes to serve.

I think the hotel should clearly mention that whenever you are checking in, you should bring your food with you as they won't serve you anything.

Location is great just 60 mtrs off the main Ranthambore road so ensures good sound sleep. Cordial staff at 24 hours Reception office.
Rooms are very spacious with spacious attached Bath cum toilet. rooms are cleaned daily & towels ,linen changed daily.
Room service v good . In house Restaurant serves good tasty food , Non- veg also on ordered in advance. During peak season with Long weekends Buffet is laid.
Camp fire in winters arranged at nominal charge.
In Ranthambore pl Book your Tiger safari date/ time much in advance as booking on-line open 90 days before..However Hotel sanctuary also gets it booked even after reaching there.
For booked Tiger safaris the Jeep / canter picks & drops from all hotels so no need to go anywhere .
Hotel is very safe ,clean , great lawns ,owner Sh N Sharma extremely polite decent /non- quarrelsome.
I with family, grand kids stay there every year @ Republic day---5 times .
Lucky to see tiger on each visit hence find this hotel lucky. Reasonable room/ food rates compared to other similar hotels in ranthambore..
