rags1280on 17/02/2017 12:01Stayed here for 02 days . The staff are helpful and courteous. The check in was smooth . The rooms are neat with average cleanliness. However the toilet needs overhauling, badly. The wifi was a big disappointment. Its good only in the lobby . The food was good. My package included dinner as well. The choice if you take this package is limited on;y to 01 or 02 items. You do not get the complete range from the menu. Overall an average stay
Very worst service provided by hotel staffs
Vikkiramanathanon 07/12/2016 18:59Stayed with family check in at 9pm and what reception guy did was a joke, he gave me a room key where already couple has stayed in it.. and no maintenance at all.. very worst service.. recommended only for single
Clean and elegant
Arogya_rajon 23/06/2016 06:54Just visited for a birthday function . Hotel is located in near CMBT. I don't know about room service provided by them . But hotel atmosphere is good and need some more changes to attract Business visitors. Its not a crowded hotel . The party hall i visited for birthday is nice and good . Finally i loved it little much . .
bad smell
TheIndianTravelleron 20/08/2015 12:50Once you enter this hotel, the first thing you will notice is a bad intense smell. Not sure if it is because of the air freshner they use or some sort of dis infectant or some other reason. This smell is intense in the corridors of second / third floors. The room also had the same smell. The management has to do something about this smell.
This is a very average hotel, nothing special.
Staff were friendly.
Basic amenities like floor mat, dust bin were missing in the rest room. CRT TV, very old furniture, poorly maintained restroom accessories, lamps etc.
If there is no other choice I recommend staying in this hotel if room fee is around RS. 1000. I would definitely not repeat staying here.
The place is cheap and dont expect anything special
oppraveenon 25/11/2014 06:34I did not stay here as I am a local put I my junior clients in this hotel as it is equidistant from the railway station and airport and close to the bus stand. The property is big but the entry is not nice . Inside the lobby is decent and the rooms are average. The price is very very good. You can get a room for less than Rs 2000/- and the a/c and the toilet works. The breakast is ok. One thing which is right here is the price. The entrance road to this hotel was bad earlier but now it is reasonably clean.
