Services lousy...
bulls1967on 30/05/2017 10:07Hi v just happened to stay 1 night on emergency basis, while attending a wedding. Room n toilets r very clean but AC is lousy...does not cool but makes a lot of noise. V slept literally sweating. Hotel is aware but does not do anything. They hv puposely kept the temperature higher to save cost. Front desk also calls u later after check in asks fr extra money....so be carefull pay only what u agree.
Very Good Rooms, ideal for business travellers
Deepak Von 27/02/2017 12:40I stayed in this hotel at 2 different instances and reason I went back is because of nice and cozy rooms this hotels offers. Though the price they are charging is quite steep compared to location but that's the best you can get in this area. Food is good as they have good restaurant and bar. There is another udipi restaurant which offers good food and snacks. This hotel is near to Mullund Toll Naka and far from station.
Good Hotel located at a very convenient place

Road, Mulund (West) which is very convenient for getting auto rikshaw, buses and taxies for commuting to and fro Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The hotel staff is courteous and services match that of a four star hotel. The food very tasty at affordable rates.
I will recommend this hotel for business travelers, couples, family, friends or solo travelers.

318Satishon 22/05/2016 16:05This is ideal for a business traveler who has to visit Mulund or the Thane Wagle Industrial Estate area. I Wouldn't recommend it for a tourist because it is far from the nearest Railway Station and better options may be available. Besides the Udupi Restaurant at street level, run by the same management and another Udupi Restaurant nearby, food options for vegetarians is limited. Rooms are clean. Good breakfast buffet is available. Also, do not attempt to book rooms via internet, better use the phone.
Clean rooms but not worth for the money
Cathu726on 22/02/2016 11:51Hotel rooms are very small but okay for a family of 2 . toilet tooo small ..and not very clean . Ok for business trips not for leisure trips.
Food is good but expensive ..
Service of staff not Great. An Average hotel . Location is not great for shopping or other restaurents if you want to eat outside.
