I am surprised as to how this hotel can be listed in Trip Advisor or Booking.com. U people should stay in hotels to publish it on ur website. Will never visit Trip Advisor again. Beds were no better than logs. Full of mosquitoes n they had a coil to keep them away. Very dirty room. No chair or sofa in a room which they charged 1200 for In ur booking they were no mention as to whether the room is AC or not. At the hotel we came to know that a 800 ra room was non AC. Jet splay was not working had to use a mug No hot water. No proper curtains at 5.30 with the dawn one had to get up due to sun light.

Hotel as well as trip advisor experience was disgusting

Very nice spacious room and bathroom. Lovely climate. Well placed near station and in decent distance of most central attractions and a supermarket right next door. Staff and concierge very welcoming and helpful. Clean and peaceful. Overall an excellent stay.Traveled as a couple.

Average hotel, average stay.

The hotel is very near to Aurangabad railway station hence location is very good and a silent place for stay. Also rooms were big and spacious. But I don't think it was value for money as room service was not at all good. Phones were dead hence no connection with room service and reception. No cleaning of our rooms was done in our four days of stay. Bathroom was also not clean and wash basin pipe and water cock was leaking continuously. No restaurant of this hotel hence you have to get your lunch dinner from other restaurants. Overall it was a average hotel and average stay.

Pathetic place,ill mannered staff

I had recently visited aurangabad, considering it is near the station and a budgeted hotel ,we as a group of 6 took 2 rooms , but the staff really disappointed us as at the end of the day they didn't even have the least courtesy,to let us use the basic amenities though it was promised by the receptionist,just because we had checked out a while ago, considering there were senior citizen and ladies anybody would want them to be considerate.

This kind off attitude wasn't tolerable, when the guests have been with you for 2 days .

Over and above they had offered us the facility to consider a car and a driver which we were ok with, but again a big disappointment came our way as the driver was very irresponsible to not accompany us as conveyed.

All this left a very bitter memory in our minds.

An experienced humble suggestion ,if you don't want to spoil your stay please do not visit this place.

It is a lodge. Not sure whether it is safe for families or not. We were 4 friends, took 2 different rooms. The service was pathetic. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant of its own and orders food from outside. The plates in which they serve food were all dirty and not properly cleaned. The order which we gave for food was not freshly cooked, it came very cold and was impossible to eat. On top of that all the items ordered from the room was over charged.

The worst thing was the bathrooms which were not at all cleaned. Initially there was no water also but after we took up with the hotel the water supply was restored. There was a TV but no set top box, again we took up with the hotel and we were provided with a set top box and the TV was restored. There's no fridge in the room, If you are ordering Beer in the room finish it quickly as there's no provision to keep it cold.

Take this hotel only if you have no other option. My sincere request and advice. Thanks
