Great Location and amazing Hospitality
Rex11277on 11/08/2017 11:31Actually we wanted to go to Darjeeling but due to disturbance we changed our Plan and visited this place in Upper Pelling. This Hotel is located at the highest point so one can see Kanchenjunga Range from their room only. Foods were simple home style and delicious. We booked the Full Package including Sight-seen, return Bagdogra Transfer and they really excelled in it. The Driver was very professional and knowledgeable and he also suggested some more places that we should cover and we really liked it. My whole family had a great vacation.
The best part of the Trip was that the staff were really polite and very helpful.
BAD EXPERIENCE IN HOTEL
shail123shuklaon 20/06/2017 20:14The hotel window gives good view of Kanchenjungha mountains. Food is also good and the staff is polite. However, you will not find any staff member awake if you were to check out early in the morning. No one would ask you for tea etc. We were promised bread butter and tea at 6 am. however, what to speak of such luxury, no staff was there to even carry our luggage out. We had to lug the same. Moreover , the bathroom constantly stank of urine despite pouring buckets of water. There was no electricity back up to warm the water in geizer. We had to check out without taking bath.
Great hotel with an excellent view of THE KANCHENJUNGA
Koel_Majon 05/06/2017 08:49This is a great hotel located in upper pelling.One can have an excellent view of kanchenjunga from this hotel.Food,staff behaviour,location all are very good.The manager was really helpful for us.We opted for two super deluxe rooms-504,505.These rooms are east facing rooms and have one long common attached balcony where you can sit with your family and enjoy the view of Kanchenjunga over a cup of tea.Helipad is located just in front of the hotel. Few issues which we faced were the lock of room no 504 was not working properly and we had to call the hotel staff to open the room for us, the supply of hot water in the bathrooms was not sufficient,the cleaning staff cleaned our rooms like a tornado only once in four days.The communication between the hotel staff and the travel agency for the site seeing was not proper,due to which we lost some of our time and was not able to see the pemayangtse gompa.But ignoring all the above issues i would recommend this hotel due to its location,food and staff behaviour.

ravi pon 24/05/2017 08:18location of this hotel is very nice, probably the highest point , excellent view of k2 peak,, very nice room, cozy and clean bed, perfect lighting. the only negative thing about the bathroom is hit water supply, it is very slow, but considering the place where the hotel is situated i ignored it. it is very difficult to any luxury at such high altitude.
food is very nice, very good hotel staff. kudos to the guys.

ibh841on 23/05/2017 10:52I along with my family stayed in this hotel from14.5.2017 to 16.5.2017. I can assure you that this is the best hotel in upper pelling which is just one miute from the helipad. In this hotel you will get amazing view of kanchanjungha,great customer service, superb food and overall nice behaviour of all the staffs.The rate of foods & rooms are also nominal.I will recommended each and everyone to stay in this hotel in pelling.I really enjoyed the stay here & looking forward to come again.
