The place is beautiful! But don't expect anything else except beauty of nature! Horrible service! Horrible staff! Worst food! Totally disappointed! Not recommended at all. Management needs to get a reality check with how poorly they treat guests

Loved the resort from the moment we entered there, it has classic decor with whole loads of botany everywhere. The rooms and restaurant will give a feeling of having visited a place from some old century, which is an experience in itself. Loved the weather when we went which made it even more beautiful. The resort is situated on top, totally recommend for a private get away and mesmerising views.

This place is very good and hotel too. This was like dream comes true when i reached shimla and stayed on this hotel which is grand large and service is according to rooms you taken. Overall experience is good with the hotel snow king. I was about to give 5 but something was missing at welcoming point and other things which matter.

We stay in the super deluxe room for 1 day in Kufri on 24 December 2016, the view from the room is Amazing along with the Garden.
The Hotel Staff is Cooperative a lot
If stay in Kufri choose Snow king Retreat only
We enjoy our stay in Kufri

Good resort with poor hospitality

Resort is very good and huge, staffs are very good....we are here till 30th December.....the only drawback that i felt was there was no activity for Guest knowing that there is nothing to do here as they have mentioned in the ads about activities and moreover being 25 th December, a very special occasion they should have arranged some activities by keeping the guests busy.....on enquiring about it, the answer i get is there is less occupancy, but how does it matter hospitality says even if there is 1 guest and he is been chargeda good amount then its resort's job to live upto the expectations......otherwise the food is good ....
