Great hotel in a super convenient location, about 3 blocks from the main train station one direction and 3 blocks the other direction from a main shopping street with access to the underground metro. The hotel room in which we stayed had very high ceilings, large windows with blackout curtains, and fairly comfortable bed with great linens. The room also has a large desk with chair, tea service, a refrigerator, a chair to sit in, and a large armoire with ample shelves and a small safe. The bath was very large, with lots of counter space, standard amenities and a towel warmer. The morning breakfast was very good with a large variety of delicious baked goods, sliced meats, fruits,, whole and cut up, fruit juices and a warm bar with potatoes, eggs, sausage and a vegetable mix. A coffee machine was available as was a nice tea selection and hit chocolate could be ordered. The front desk had bottled water available and cookies in the evening. The staff was friendly. .

The room had a nice size. Good breakfast and overall no trouble. The front desk could have been a bit more welcoming when we checked in, but didn't need any help during our stay so that wasn't a big problem. Good location, would stay again.

Room was simple,quiet at back of hotel,had all basic amenities. It was comfortable but not luxurious,no view at back of hotel but great for sleeping. It had everything we needed but you would not linger in bedroom. The service for breakfast was good as was the the excellent choice of food. The bar closed at 11--00 pm but to compensate the breakfast was served up till 11-00 am. Staff were helpful and somewhat friendly !
Hotel was a 2 minute walk from Wenceslas square.

Just a block from the main beat, but it was quite and clean. Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. We had three tours planned for our week with them. They had information waiting for us when we checked in. Each tour guide- Hanna, George and Mr. Prem were very knowledgeable about our areas we wanted to visit. Breakfast was excellent, large variety of foods. Waiter staff was efficient and quick.

Day staff and Breakfast was good but.. If you are unlucky to get a room at the end of the building, hot water takes 3.5 to 4 mins to get hot. If the hotel is full, it can take up to 10 mins to get WARM water to shower. Great after freezing day sightseeing. Night staff no help. Still waiting for the manager to contact us as promised!! Beds tired. Next door has construction work. Hammering starts at 7.10 to 7.20am each day. Needed to sleep in for a long all night flight, didn't happen! Very disappointing stay.
