Pet friendly hotel
Sandpilgrimon 05/10/2016 19:57Stoped for a night on our way from Austria to England. Next to the motorway, easy to find it. Pet friendly hotel, there is an extra 8Euro charge. Booked a double room, was given a twin room, which was not a problem as we just pushed the beds together. Our room had a balcony with one door which was a fire exit. So you could not really leave it open as anyone could access it. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly. Loved the complimentary Haribo bears on my pillow.
Stopover hotel
Mark Won 02/06/2016 07:51The hotel is situated behind a petrol station at a truck stop just off the motorway. The furniture looks very much as though it came from IKEA's cheapest possible range.
That being said the hotel was clean and provided a place to rest enroute to our final destination.
Tip: if you know you are likely to be passing the hotel at a time when you should be thinking about getting sleep book ahead. We did book (a couple of hours before arrival) and when we checked in there were people being turned away because the hotel was full.
Good for overnight stay
Kathy Ton 28/10/2015 14:12The hotel is set right off the autobahn so location perfect. They accept dogs and we were given a suite downstairs. It cost 91 euro for one night and the dog was free. Breakfast was excellent. The reception lady was very helpful and friendly and directed us to a restaurant nearby that was only a short walk away. Room was fine, single beds and bed was good but very soft.
Reasonable overnight stay on the Autobahn
DewsWestMidlandson 16/10/2015 14:38Stayed for one night in late September as part of a group holiday. Arrived very late and the hotel had kindly saved a cooked meal for us. We found the staff very friendly and welcoming. Accommodation was basic, but our room was apparently superior to most others, according to fellow travellers. We found the hotel quiet, despite the fact that this is effectively a truck stop on the Autobahn.
Breakfast was good with good choice and our room was clean and tidy.
We would not recommend this hotel for more than one night, which is probably its intended use, simply because of its location directly on the Autobahn. We did not use the leisure facilities and so cannot comment on these.
Unprofessional Hotel and staff
Funollieon 10/09/2015 12:52I asked a double room and I have been told I will get a double....... and I got a twin.......ok,it is not a big deal. I paid for the room on arrival. It was at night. When we walked in the room the window was opened. I closed it and turned the heating on. We were waiting about 15 minutes and it was still cold in the room. When we arrived the temparature was 15 degrees at night,in the morning it was 12 degrees. The heater was not working. I called the receptionist,a guy and I have been told that the central heating is not switched on. He told me to come and see the receptionist in the morning to get a compansation.In the morning I aked the receptionist about the compensation and she replied no compensation. Then I wanted to speak to the Manager but she lied to me that the Manager was not in. She was definately in because we saw her. We were waiting for the Manager 30 minutes to speak to her but she did not turn up and We have been told that there was no answer for the phone calls.
We were cold all night,we could not sleep at all.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT THERE IS NO HEATING IN THE ROOMS WHEN IT IS COLD OUTSIDE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER TEAM AND STAFF!!! They just ignored me and my complaint!

OBVIOUSLY WE DID NOT GET ANY COMPANSATION OR REFUND!
