barry2200on 11/10/2017 11:04If you want a relaxing break away from the tourist locations then this is perfect.
We stayed in Bitti which is a small town in the mountains. The hotel is at the top of the hill and has fabulous views over the mountains and the town.
The staff were very helpful and very friendly. Valentino at reception turned into our tour guide and recommended lots of places to visit during our stay, including local towns which were having festivals and celebrations while we were there which was good. The reception also helped us book into a few of the local restaurants due to our lack of speaking Italian!
The rooms are kept very clean, breakfast on the terrace each morning was excellent and the restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful.
It was just about warm enough to sit around the pool which was great as well.

alexX2787WTon 03/10/2017 15:21The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant was sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Unfortunately this is NOT a "No Smoking"-hotel. Our neighbours were smoking. Twice a day our room was full of smoke. It was disgusting !
Great Hotel in an Authentic Small Town
2012NMon 04/09/2017 17:16Thank you, Hotel Su Lithu for a beautiful stay in Bitti. We came for Bitti's 'Autunno in Barbagia' festival and had a great time. Hotel is in a picturesque location on the hillside above town, only a >5 minute walk to the town's center. The breakfast spread at the hotel's restaurant is huge and very good. The restaurant's dinner menu was also what we were looking for: a well-priced selection of authentic, local dishes. Our room itself was clean and comfortable, with a gorgeous and well secluded balcony. The hotel's decor is unique and feels very Sardinian. All service was friendly and attentive.
Overall, great value for money and would highly recommend.
Something out of the ordinary
Sharon Hon 30/08/2017 17:47Set in the heart of Sardinia, off the tourist track. The hotel is full of history with old artefacts all out on show. We spent ages just wandering the place and browsing. It's a small hotel and the service is very personal. Food is authentically Sardinian and served on a terrace with panoramic views. It's quiet and peaceful and the perfect place to unwind.

ulrikdanon 19/08/2017 13:17Cosy hotel with a nice location overlooking the village/mountains. 17 km from the main road, bit uphill but nothing dramatic and definitely worth the de-route! Many cosy places around the hotel to sit and relax, nice room with authentic Italian atmosphere, nice restaurant with good Italian food. Colorful and many different small things to look at all around. Topped with the fact that the personnel were exceptionally kind - receptive, helpful and serviceminded. We will definitely come back!
