sukhi504on 16/01/2017 09:02Quaint hotel inside the lane opposite famous Jangli Maharaj mandir . three floors have rooms , then conference hall and a terrace garden on top. staff ok, rates negotiable and suitable packages. we used it for for small conferences for 40 persons because limited four wheeler parking for about 10 cars available.

Matthias Fon 04/05/2016 16:44I was staying here in may 2016 for one night just searching a place to sleep after a long business day. The standard room was offered with two single beds being very soft. At one of them I could easily feel the springs in my back... Maintenance was very poor, the walls are damaged, the standing lamp only taped to hold together and the bathroom covered with calc. Hence, I'd rather not tried any food here.
Even though it was cheap, I expected to get a better place. Honestly, it was the worst place I ever stayed in.
Value for money, great location and awesome staff
IQKauron 22/01/2016 14:05I stayed at this hotel alone for 9 nights and I have only good things to say about the hotel and staff. As a single woman, I found it very safe. For my reasons to be in Pune, the location was perfect. The fact that it's 200 meters off JM road helps that noise levels are not high. There are many eating options around and it's very conveniently located in terms of public transport and autos.
Both front desk and house keeping staff was very helpful and polite. A special thanks to Mr. Azim from housekeeping.
The rooms were very clean and linen was changed daily. Since bottled water is charged, they also serve filtered water in rooms (free of charge)
Whenever in Pune next, I would certainly choose Citiotel.
Experience at Citiotel

- There was no "welcome drink" as promised by the Cleartrip voucher.
- The hotel doesn't maintain the updates about guests and their bookings (extension of the booking) even after 4 days after the booking.
Pros:
- Maintenance is oK, not bad.
value for money
MAB-Indiaon 22/09/2015 07:472nd stay after Sept 2012. Found it to be value for money this time too. Clean rooms. Wifi was not working. Breakfast was served in nearby restaurant Bamboo House. Polite and helpful staff.
Travel within Pune from the hotel is easy and taxi etc can be easily arranged.
Note that everything in Pune closes around 10.30 to 11pm. So dinner etc needs to be planned and co-ordinated accordingly.
