Family Stay on the way to Munnar

Average Hotel. Not good for family stay. Service was very poor. For everything we need to call the reception multiple times. Floor and Toilet was not clean. Only advantage is it is located inside the city and accessible to all restaurants.

Good hotel at a narrow street

We stayed at this hotel for one night & that Stat was good! There was complimentary breakfast and it was good too! But the hotel is at a very narrow street & it's not visible from the Main Road! This hotel is very close to Bus Stand!

Not a pleasant stay for 3star experience

This hotel does not deserve 3 star even the suite has only one large double bed and balcony for the price we pay it is not worth. We were really surprised to see that they don't accept debit or credit cards and once we pushed them as there was not any money in the ATM thy agreed to use the machine for partial money (cheats) we insisted and asked them to take the money from the card then they finally did
Don't waste your money staying here

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as I had gone to Theni for a family function. Whenever I used to order something through room service or would call somebody from house keeping, they used to take atleast 40 mins to respond even for a small things like getting a fresh towel. The a/c in my room was not working. They took 1 full day to fix the issue by frequently coming into my room with technicians and workers. The people here do not have any professionalism.
