Plus points

-Location is good, near Dwarka Temple and small restaurants with good food and travels for going bet Dwarka, Nageshwar and other places is near by.

-Staff or person at reception will arrange a taxi for you when requested.

- Taxi easily available

-Free Wi-Fi ;)

-Purified water

-Gomti Ghat and other religious places like Gomti Ghat are at walking distance (In a range of 4 Km)

- Beds are soft and good

Negative points

- Hotel room is packed with no ventilation, hence was very suffocating.

- Room and bathroom requires more cleanliness.

- No food is provided.

- An air freshener is placed in room wall which keeps on spraying every hour, which is very annoying at times

We had booked 2 rooms for two days at this Hotel online through GOIBIBO. We arrived at Dwarka Railway Station on 31st October 2015. Though the check in time was 11.00 AM, we were provided our booked rooms at 8.00 AM.Thanks for the good gesture of the Hotel Management. Our Rooms were side by side with an internal entrance.

The Hotel is very close to the Dwarakadeesh temple, just a 5 minutes walk. the hotel is well known to Auto rikshah drivers. There are travel agents just at the ground floor of the hotel who can arrange tours for nearby places.

This Hotel does not have any restaurant but good number of dinning hotels are located in and around this hotel. The best food hotel located near this hotel as well as the temple is Amras Restaurant where we can get good quality and tasty food.

We checked out from this hotel on 1st November 2015 at 20.30 hours for our onward journey.

I stayed in this Hotel in Last December which is a peak season for Dwarka Gujrat. Initially we tried to book 3 double beds but almost all good hotels were full, then we tried to book hotel which is in close vicinity of Temple and we got this Hotel. I read review of this hotel on Tripadvisor and came to know that it is not a good hotel. Contacted Hotel Manager on phone and he assured that no problem will be faced by me and my family. I informed him that my Train will reach there in morning, he shown courtesy and said that come to hotel we will arrange room to get fresh so that we can go to Temple and later he will arrange the rooms. Since no rooms were vacant, he insisted to book 6 bed haal for rent 2500/-. I checked on other website and come to know that same haal is listed on other website for Rs. 1400/-. I informed him, but he said due to peak season rate is higher now. I made an advance payment and booked. My ordeal started after reaching there. We reached there in morning and Manager was not there, we were told to wait till 11 am. After a lots of arguments they gave 1 bathroom to get fresh for 6 people. It took almost 30 min for 1 person to get fresh, hence our most of the precious time went in waiting. The bathrooms were so stinking that u will vomit. the bucket & mug were so dirty that u cant take bath from them. Later manager told me he missed to mark the hall in the website and website also booked the hall to another traveller, hence either we take another room or get my advance back. We were shocked by listening this, this is so unprofessional, after taking advance even before 20 days, you have not done any arrangements nor informed us for any alternate solution.
We any how manage to take 2, 3 bedrooms in which 1 was AC another was non-AC. The rent receptionist told me was 1300/- + 1000/- that is 2300/- I asked for 200 refund but he refused and said no refunds. This hotel is run by cheaters and frauds. Please don't stay in this Hotel. They even don't provide towels & toilet soaps.
Moreover this hotel rooms are so noisy that in the middle of night you will become awaken by the road side sounds of motors.

Hidden promises about wifi and Towels

We had booked 4 rooms. They promised abt free wifi but no range of the signal available on first floor. They did not give towels, but at the time of check out, said we did not give you towels and soaps because you did not demanded at the time of check in. Cleaning average. Kitchen service offered to us for baby food preparation on request.

They say it Hotel but extend service of Lodge/ dharamshala...

Well the only best advantage of this hotel is its vicinity to Dwarkadish temple, which is only 2-minute walk away from it. Also local tour operator are walk away, so anybody can book ongoing trip for Somnath or local site seeing...without any search or help....

Well rest all thing in hotel is not good. The service is very poor...The room are having look of poor quality of Lodge and nowhere you can relate it with hotel room.

Well fortunately during my visit I found their manager very co-operative & helpful who not only changed allotted dirty room to new room (room no. 112) having triple bad, although booking was of double bed.
Well it seems the hotel is trying to improve its facility & service, as they have used good quality of TV, AC & other useful stuff require in room by any guest, but their staff is noway professional.
They don't have good staff to whom we can address our concern.

Well it is the good choice only if your intention to book a room is find a place near temple for a day and not for rest & leisure..... If you want hotel room for rest & leisure apart from a holy trip....then it is a big no no....for this hotel...

Well I don't recollect the name of that hotel manager/owner who provided and changed my room. He was the only person I found reasonable & worth talking....He was sensible and atleast understanding the issue related to their hotel. Rest all staff are of no use... they don't bother or concern for guest comfort.
