Vesta International - Excellent hotel to relax in Jaipur. Great service ! Great food!

We visited Jaipur in Aug2017 and choose Vesta International for a 5 day stay with meal options. Our purpose of visit was primarily sight seeing and visiting the historic monuments , and when needed, relaxing at the hotel.
Vesta international is an excellent 4star property , located very close to Jaipur railway station.It has well maintained deluxe and executive rooms. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities as described on the booking websites (MMT, goibibo, Bookings.com ,etc). The rooms and bathrooms are neat and tidy. We faced some issues related to hot water, which was resolved immediately.
The hotel has a 24hr service desk at reception and kitchen, at your service. The response is prompt.
The Hotel has a small gym and a recreational swimming pool on 5th floor. Its good if you just want to relax on a sunny day or in the evenings.
The hotel has 2 restaurant (Pavilion and Rice bowl) and a cool bar (the Den) with great ambience and service. The quality of food and variety was good . We tried different north indian cuisines during 5day stay. The breakfast was buffet with different variety every day (and some common items like fresh fruits , toast and juice).
The staff is very polite and helpful. We coordinated on phone before arrival and the rooms were prepared and we checked in within 10minutes of reaching.
The floor attendants were prompt in house keeping and cleaning.The day we had to leave , our flight was scheduled at late evening and the Hotel Manager (Mr. Chaki ) was helpful enough to extend out check out till 4PM. Much appreciated Chaki ji. !!

We fully enjoyed our stay, and had a memorable trip. Thanks to Mr. Pooran , Mr. Tejpal, Mr. Srinavas, Mr. Mahender and the entire team of Vesta International .

Good hotel to stay and relax

Overview feeling was good except washroom. washroom was small with basin drin pipe dripping wetting the whole washroom. Also the stands in bathroom was loose . Towels were too old and coarse. Sofa with foot rest was dirty.

Hotel Booked by 'make my trip' (they are cheaters and liars - to avoid at any cost).
Hôtel réception very poor, no manners, no one smiles, no one says hello. People speak little or no english. The room was very noisy. We asked thèm to changé the room. The new room provided was cleaner, the TV wasn't working. We had to call room service 3 times before they fixed it. No english channels! Swimming pool to avoid, not maintained, people get into the swimming pool in shorts and t-shirts! (No hygien what so ever!) Dont be fooled by the pictures on their Web site!
Hopefully make my trip Will Never book this hôtel for any future client. But thèse trip organisers have contracts with the worst of hôtels to rip off all the clients.
Its à Pity!

Excellent place to stay in Jaipur

The hotel was not far from railway station. The staff was very courteous and polite specially house keeping staff Mr. Ranjeet.The rooms were nice and very clean. Breakfast was also good. I like s.pool which was neat & clean. I surely will recommend all to be in this place when in Jaipur.

Worth staying hotel and value for money

Everything is good...Staff is super good especially Mr. Chaki (Front office Manager) but only issue I face is their menu. As it is International hotel, they must have menu of International standard. Sometimes english breakfast as an alternative. Rest I liked it and value for money.

I strongly recommend others for stay here.
