Good location for exploration

Wonderful location – between the central railway station and the old town, easy to find and walking distance to everything!
Clean with good WiFi speed in the room, but noisy street at night. Tasty variety of products for breakfast, nice and very pleasant sitting area in front of the reception desk and very welcoming staff.

Delightful small hotel in charming old city

Hôtel Victoria is a small hotel perfectly placed for a short visit of one or two nights. It is situated between the mainline station (5 minutes walk maximum) and the old city (10 minutes walk to the main square). The staff are pleasant and welcoming.
Yes, the rooms are small but spotlessly clean and decorated in a cheerful modern manner. The bathroom is tiny but has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
We had French windows which opened onto the street at the front but it was very quiet at night. Breakfast was very good with a choice of bread (for toasting), sweet rolls, croissants, etc. Plenty of coffee, a bowl of fresh fruit salad, yogurts, etc.
We used it as a stopover on our way to Switzerland and spent a pleasant evening looking round the old city, still with decorated shops from Easter. We found a restaurant by the river where we ate very well.
Strasbourg is expensive but Hotel Victoria was reasonably priced. We would happily return there for a short break (as we wish to do!)

Clean and well located, this hotel was a little too hipster for an old man like me. The room was OK but I felt that the doors did not need quotations written on them. The staff seemed quite unhelpful when asked for an electrical adapter.

Small, smart and in a greatlocation

Superbly located very close to railway station and la petite France, the old part of the city, this is a little gem of a hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly, rooms recently redecorated, compact but well equipped, and breakfast is good. It is literally a couple of hundred yards from the station and perfect for a long weekend.

Very well located, charming hotel

Stayed here in April 2017 for one night. 200 metres from the railway station and five minutes walk, if that, to the old part of the city with its old river entrance and great eateries. Hotel is small but the rooms are adequate and very, very clean as is the rest of the hotel. A quite excellent breakfast for the €9 charge. The room rates are very reasonable and overall this very much exceeded our expectations so much so that we'll be back on a return trip.
