Decent Stay
Sandip Con 17/08/2017 09:13Stayed in Vinayak in Dec 2016. Stay was decent. We ordered food from restaurant which was also good. Service was bit slow, but it was ok for us. The best point about hotel is it's location. It is nearby market and you can easily take an evening stroll to the market. You can commute easily to different places from this hotel.
Decent hotel for an overnight stay
Shuvam Con 31/07/2017 21:24Decent hotel. Helpful staff. Good restaurant. clean rooms and clean washrooms. Laundry service is available. They even have a traveldesk. We checked out at 2am n then also the frontdesk was operational. Wud definitely reccomend the hotel.
Bad hotel
mra25on 11/07/2017 07:58Rooms are clean and small. Bathroom needs renovation, no hot water. Also no AC, only fan. Too much noise as it on busy street. free wifi. location is good as it is in city center.
Staff were friendly. had to ask for towels and toiletpaper.
Only plus point is Location. But other things are Zero...

The rooms are not up to date.. bed and pillow are too much hard, like "stone"... they are not providing any drinking water (complementary) at room. Foods rates are veey expensive as well as the food quality is not good. Not well maintain toilet, not proper room maintenance, blanket are like Jute item..
Indide of hotel are dark, no proper light.. !!!!!

Pathetic service and Behavior
abhimanyu aon 05/07/2017 17:19We checked in at this so called hotel on the 5th July for a night as we had to take a train the other day. The hotel location is great but very bad service and very rude and mis behaved staff seems they r obliging the guest. We had asked for water which I guess is there in the room once the guests checks in. After calling the room service for around three times say after 35 mins the person comes with a bottle of water and on telling him of his late service he behaves very bad telling that the service of this hotel is like this only and literally mis behaves with us. Please avoid this hotel their are many options available in siliguri.
