We stayed in condo 1010 on the 10th Floor of block 4 between 8th and 17th October (4 adults) we rented through home away and the owner was Sue Keller. Communication between us and the owner was fantastic (thanks Sue) as we had a few reservations about travelling from the UK so soon after hurricane Irma but we needn't have worried there was some damage but the place looked fantastic and well done to everyone involved in the clean up you have done a fantastic job. The condo itself is unbelievable the views from the wrap around balcony are out of this world as are the sunsets. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.Everything was provided in the condo from beach and bathroom towels to a large cart to carry all the chairs,umbrellas and the cool boxes down to the beach. Cant believe some of the comments about stupid rules we had no bother at all and found everyone to be very friendly. Local restaurants are great and very reasonably priced. At the time we were there it was very quiet, don't know if this was the time of year or because of the hurricane but some days round the pool there were 6 people. In all a fantastic place to visit and a great place to stay and if you are worried about the damage from Irma don't be they have done a great job of cleaning up and just about everything is open again. We will defiantly return in the future

We stayed in Tower 3, Condo 203. The condo was spacious and clean with plenty of towels, bedding, dishes, pots and pans. We were comfortable and felt like we were right at home. The condo is equipped with brand new appliances and flat screen tvs. Our 3 children enjoyed spending time at the pool and the beach. There are many restaurants and grocery stores near by.
This was our first time visiting Marco Island and we will definitely be back. We recommend renting from Mark and Becky. They were upfront and honest about some outside work being down at the condo and made sure we were comfortable and happy during our time there.

Stayed a week here. The owner was wonderful. Beautiful place with stunning views of the ocean. A good walk to the beach but well worth it. Wonderful pool and security was top notch. Some of the staff could use a lesson in hospitality but you can't fault the overall beauty of this place because of it. I would recommend staying here but please for goodness sakes; don't dare hang a beach towel over the balcony unless you want to be chastised by staff. Apparently it's an eyesore and unacceptable!!

Spent the July 4 week at South Seas Condominiums in Marco Island. The property is very well maintained but each condo is independently owned so there are some better than others so Caveat Emptor. We stayed in tower 3 on the 19th floor with a great view of the beach. There is a substantial walk to the beach so if you have any physical limitations it can be taxing. However the beach is beautiful and to its north is tigertail beach with great shelling.

So.Seas is a beach front location with a great pool (heated in winter) and beach. Very relaxing. Well monitored. Private gated from street and beach. You can walk to everything. . Excellent manaement. Front units #11 & #12 sit right on beach front. Stay in Bldg.4 Unit 1411 and just love it.
