Anirudhag Gon 14/05/2017 10:47Poor hotel , old propoerty , not maintained properly , we had bed bugs in our room , but the management was not bothered about it , the only advantage it is on the highway so easily accessible for overnight stay
Staff Not Friendly & Old Rooms
Aniket Bon 30/12/2016 12:22I had chosen this hotel for a stay enroute to Amdavad. The stay and rate was confirmed on phone and accordingly I had sent a mail.
I was surprised when the staff refused the agreed rate and charged more than promised.
The rooms are not up to date either. the only good point was Hot water in morning.
I would encourage to explore other hotels which are available,
TV and AC was not working
yespee74on 08/10/2016 11:34Booked a room which was looking clean but there were some small cockroaches running in the room. The TV was not working. They tried a lot to make it work but could not find what is the problem and offered another room to change where TV was working. After changing the room i laid down on bed and awaiting the room to cool. But later i understand the AC is not working and only the fan is running. I do not want to change the room again as it was very late. I will not recommend it for anyone who wants to stay more than 1 night.
Train Late
Anku15on 05/07/2016 20:36I have been to hotel just because my train was late, we were 8 person in group, we all were tired because of late train.The hotel staff was very supportive they have a Restaurant the food was superb and tasty Nice people and a descent hotel.As we were tired the hotel staff in fact the owner itself was very supportive.traveler if you guys visit Vapi you should not miss the Food they serve.
Horrible/ Disappointing stay
Sreyashi Bon 04/06/2016 19:39Worst property we ever came across. Nobody should even think of coming to this property. Zero hospitality. There's a person named Shailesh in their restaurant who has no sense of talking to the guests. Food gets over for HB guests. Reception employees needs training on hospitality. Service quality is extremely poor. Rooms are not good. Worst experience ever!
