Terrible hotel
smriti son 08/08/2017 06:26Only plus point is this hotel is situated in ideal location but after you are alloted a room you'll find leaking water from ceiling in the gallery..non functional AC....dirty washroom..shortage of staff..many better hotels nearby.
Good Stay
avnitourson 03/07/2017 14:33It was a short but a good stay,very good hotel at very reasonable price,best choice for visiting Varanasi,Rooms are specious and I would recommend this hotel for comfortable stay if you want star hotel with reasonable price , Zeeras is the good Option
A Good Budget Hotel
Ratnesh Mon 25/05/2017 16:22Booked 3 rooms for my larger family on a religious tour. The hotel is strategically located along with other star hotels e.g. Radisson Blue,Rivatas, Amaya etc. in Mall Road, Varanasi Cantt. So locality is posh one. Rooms are rather small but neat and tidy. House keeping is nice. The staff are courteous and co-operative. I had met with an unfortunate event in the temple - I lost my purse containing all cards and money. The person on the front desk accommodated me by accepting online transfer from my account - i.e money transferred by me to be received by them the next day well after I left their place. I am thankful to them. The hotel also has a restaurant, but what is needed is a little improvement in taste - a refresher/advance course for their chef? Overall satisfactory.

rukesh2014on 19/03/2017 12:02I had booked this hotel through make my trip , having read reviews, n had booked it for 3 days as I had been to Varanasi along with my friend to visit kashi vishwanath temple n sangam at Allahabad, it's a 3 star property but my personal view is 2 star max. In my room to view TV , you should be in front of it, because it was located in one corner of the room,
Day one I was given bath towel which was torn n stitched , photo is attached, same day at 3 noon, room was not cleaned , on calling house keeping, they said will send someone.
Early in the morning, at the time of check out I noticed a restaurant Bill added in my account, which was not ordered n consumed by us, we had to reach airport in time n only staff available on reception took more than 10 minutes to confirm that bill posted in my account was wrong.
I am not sure, whether to stamp it normal working style of hotel staff or it is partiality shown to those guest who have booked online through portals.
Avg. Hotel with very basic aminities
Gaurav Aon 08/03/2017 16:08This is a very basic hotel in the posh area of Varanasi, Rooms are small, Everything here is just for namesake... Room service is also not good, To get anything in the room you need to call 2-3 times.
With the price of 2000~3000 you can go for another good hotel. Not recommended for family traveler.
