on 09/07/2017 04:40We spent 4 nights here, the hotel is only 10 m far from the see. We had a seeview room , the landscape was nice. The staff is very mind and polite and helpfull, especally the lady at the reception, who was duty du ring 02/07 nightshift, she was fantastic.
Zvonimir - a good base with great views for a short stay in Baska
Fen_Finon 10/10/2016 07:29Zvonimir Hotel is just next to the beach, which is great if sunshine and sand (and pebbles) are your thing, or you can use the pool and spa facilities in a neighbouring complex. The hotel (and Baska town itself) was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff were always polite and happy to help. I stayed B&B, and breakfast was a typically continental affair and pretty decent.
When I stayed - at the end of the season - the place was very quiet apart from a seniors German coach trip. Baska is a small town, so adjust your expectations accordingly. Not a place where solo travellers feel particularly welcome.
Valamar hotel
Sonny Aon 10/09/2016 09:11This is one of all Valamar hotels at Baska. This is located near the beach that is very crowded, the sunbeds will be rented very quick.
The poolarea is used by all hotels and can be crowded. They have both out and inside pools with jacuzzis.
They also provided half pension deals with breakfast and dinner included. Lunchtime can be held at many of the beach restaurants nearby. Evenings have alot to offer with many beachbars with troubadures here and there.
The rooms are ok with seaview. Beds are comfortable and there are safe in the room. Wifi included but not very fast.
Parking costs extra and can be occipied fast, then you need to use parking outside other hotel which will be a bit of walking.
The food at dinner was ok, standard dishes served, made directly at place. Overall quite expensive stay.
