get a room on the 4th floor
Mark Pon 19/07/2017 06:05The only complaint I have is the kids running in the hallways and having too many kids in the pool without wrist bands. You should bring back the pool attendant. The rooms A/C worked great , TVs too with HD cables channels and the shower was hot.

Hank Von 14/07/2017 22:00For the money and the location, this is a great deal. I hosted a 40th birthday weekend there with about 20 friends and it worked out perfect. Some could gamble in the casino, some could go to the landing just across the street, and the spa next door at the Four Seasons. The rooms were just remodeled, were spacious and had everything we needed... except the cable/tv quality was very very poor! The staff was friendly, check in was a breeze. I would recommend.
Beautiful Hotel
Brian Mon 12/07/2017 21:24This Hotel is beautiful! All rooms are only accessible from the interior via see through elevators! Looks like a resort inside with beautiful water fall and several balconies! Rooms are spacious though bathroom are small and a separate lounge area/bar is a nice bonus! Only stayed one night but could definitely stay a lot longer! Cery close to the arch and downtown! Well worth staying gere! Enjoy!
Average, but not as bad as some of these reviews
Terrie Don 11/07/2017 17:32Surprised at some of these reviews. My experience was fine. Easy/fast/courteous/early check-in (although there was not a long line). Bed was comfortable, room was clean, quiet surroundings, air conditioning was fine.
Did not use any of the restaurants at the casino, but have eaten as Ozzie's before and it was good.
A couple of minor room conditions, but I don't generally let these things bother me. One remote didn't work, but there were two so just used one. I'm sure they would have sent me a new one if I had asked. Toilet seat was loose. Bedroom closet was a little wobbly in it's track, but just had to be careful opening/closing.
All in all, a good stay.

jewelgirl22000on 11/07/2017 00:29Lumiere Place is located in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. It is a complex of two hotels,a casino, and a large parking deck. There is a tunnel that connects the casino to an area that is close to the Edwards Jones building. The HoteLumiere at the Arch is across the street from the casino and is connected by the third floor walkway. The Four Seasons Hotel sits next to Lumiere Place.
There has been a lot of remodeling go on at the Lumiere.
The casino is large and has slot games, table games, and poker. There are several bars in the casino and free soft drink and coffee kiosks. Five restaurants/cafes surround the casino floor: The Kitchen Buffet and Bistro, Ozzie’s Sports Bar & Grill, Sucre (Cafe), Wet Willie’s (a daiquiri bar), and The Wok (Asian fusion). The Kitchen Buffet is usually pretty good. Ozzie’s usually has very slow service and the food is not very good. There are also shops, a ball room,
The HoteLumiere is a lovely hotel. There is an elegant, airy lounge with group seating, plants, water features, and the Cascade Bar. There is two glass elevators from which you can view the lounge.
We had king suite. The rooms now have a modern decor in a very pretty blue and green. The front of the suite had a living room with a love seat, end tables, chairs, lamps, and phone. There was a table with two chairs. An HDTV was mounted over the table. There was a wet bar with a small sink, mirror, mini fridge, and coffee maker.
A short hallway leads to the bedroom. The bathroom is in the middle opposite yo a full length mirror. It is very tiny and far. There is a tub/ shower combination, toilet, and sink with hair dryer and amenities. Towels and wash cloths were very plush.
The bedroom has a large window with room darkening drapes. There is a closet with iron and ironing board and luggage rack. There is a dresser and a desk and a second HDTV. The bed is very plush and comfortable. The linens are clean an smooth. There were nightstands on each side of the bed with lamps, plugin receptacles and USB ports.
Wifi is free.The hotel also has an indoor pool, spa, spa hot tub, convenience market, and business center.
The room feels very new but seems to be bare.
