Run down but clean

Very old facility, low price and clean. The owner is a bit angry but his daughter is quiet nice. There's no decent place to eat around... you should have your own food with you. It's a bit in the middle of nowhere.

I would recommend to anyone looking for an economical place to stay. The facility is older but is clean as we ould tell, it is not a chain and does not have the financial backing of a chain, they do offer smoking rooms, and we were able to get a down and out as we requested , very friendly for motorcycle travelers. restaurant on site was very good, we had supper there.

Great roomy hotel with a great price

This hotel is Clean, room andy cheap.... Great amenities they really did think of everything... I definitely would recommend staying here... It's easy to find.. Right on hwy 16..the exterior looks aged but the interior really is nice

Stayed here while steelhead fishing!

A friend and I from Montana stayed here while steelhead fishing the Bulkley and Morice Rivers. The hotel is older but they have clean rooms, hot showers, wifi, flatscreen tvs, fridge, coffee makers, etc....What else do you need? Nav at the front desk was awsome! They let us use their hose too. Even ran an errand for use while we were on the river. Nice people. We would stay here again.

Disgusting management and accommodation. Never ever again.

Worst hotel ever.

My business booked (and confirmed) 4 rooms. The manager changed our booking to 2 rooms and told us to just share. He did so because he wanted to free 2 of our rooms for additional industry crews (common in Houston). Front desk clerk admitted he does this often.

He eventually got us 2 alternate rooms in the Pleasant Valley, which he also owns. Despite being assured these were nonsmoking, all rooms (both hotels) were so permeated that our clothing smelled after a few days. I am sure this was the only thing preventing a massive infestation of some kind.

Over the following weeks many industry crews complained about an alternating lack of water, electricity, phone, cable and Internet.

We switched to the Sunshine Inn, an excellent hotel.
