But was told everyone left for the day we called several times but it was never look into. It was a inconvenience since we rented 3 rooms and had our travel documents, passport money and valuables. Also we're not allowed for early check in. We begged and told them we came from Canada
But they didn't showed any concern
Poor communication and location
166josepheon 22/06/2017 18:06When we arrived at the hotel we had issues checking in and then my wife and I was place in a room close to the road so we heard every vehicle that passed by. We missed our shuttle to JFK because the shuttle only run every hour. Thayer had a small sign stating this but it was hard to see. My issue with this is I told the driver and clerk both what time I wanted to leave out to catch my flight and they could have informed me then. As a result I had to pay for a taxi to the airport. There was suppose to be a hot breakfast but there was not.

Close to airport
Stephy5214on 20/06/2017 18:44Was just there overnight for a connecting flight. Was a lot of construction outside and was on a main road, so heard the traffic while trying to sleep
Too Much Drama
Jennie828on 20/06/2017 17:58This was our second stay at this hotel. The first stay was acceptable so we chose to stay here again because we were familiar with what we are getting. Our flight was delayed and we missed the last shuttle by 7 minutes but they would not help to get my husband, myself, and four month old baby to the hotel. We had to pay $30 for a cab to go less than 3 miles. Upon arrival the lobby was full of disgruntled people trying to sort out issues with a group reservation. It took almost an hour to get to the front of the line....and this was at 1am. Then we find out the computer was down and they expected us to wait for 30 minutes while they tried rebooting everything. I offered $200 cash to be able to check in without leaving a credit card for incidentals. Then we finally get to our room and people from the group reservation are drunk, running around the halls (which have laminate floors and are incredibly loud), cussing and screaming. The hote made no attempt to quiet them down. We got no sleep. The breakfast they offered was completely empty by 7:30 when we got there. Overall it was a nightmare.
