Bed bugs,,,,,!!!
Ken Eon 22/09/2016 08:00Stayed in room 25 for one night in September 2016, was horrified to find bed bugs, lots of them both in and on the bed when I awoke early, around 5am!
The bed looked very clean when I arrived although the room was very small and tired!
Will definitely not be staying here again
Good location to airport and Gare du Nord of Paris
Alice Bon 30/06/2014 12:40Fairly small hotel room provides flat screen TV with balcony with air conditioning and bathroom quite small, standing shower only.
Breakfast is the same everyday, wifi speed needs to improve, most of the time can't get online.
Walking distance less than 5 mins to RER station and bus stands that it is convenient.
Good restaurants surrounding such as Chinese (hua yuan) and Japanese (nagoya) they are french and mandarin speaking generally, they can handle simple English, quite friendly hospitality services.
Laundry service nearby hotel, but need to across RER underground to other side.
We are happy to stay here however they only change bedsheets few days once, swipe floor few days once, towels change everyday. Overall hotel staffs are quite friendly!
Was OK, but now, it's awful
LaurentBeijingon 10/11/2013 07:28I stayed many times in this small hotel, conveniently located for my purpose.
It was OK for the price and the area, not much to tell, but not much to complain either.
But my last stay was absolutely horrible.
Smelly room, dirty curtains and carpet, bed sheets that were long overdue for change... how could this place fall so low, so fast?
There has been a change of ownership, and obviously, the new management is not up to the task. Or is this what they consider a proper hotel?
In any case, I now stay away from there (good options between Aulnay and CDG airport) and would advise anyone to do so.
Friendly and homely
john_hartwrighton 15/01/2012 20:53I didn't exactly stay of choice as my travel companion was hospitalised as an emergency so instead of transitting through CDG airport I found I needed somewhere to stay nearby and someone at the hospital suggested this. It's a basic no-frills hotel but the staff couldn't have been more friendly and made things easier during a difficult time. Rooms are fairly small but clean and have what you need including good quality TV reception and pretty fast free WiFi. Despite what you might read about it, Aulney-sous-bois is nice - good traditional high street and brilliant market three days a week. Ended up really enjoying my enforced stay.
Close to CDG airport
mamecchion 29/09/2011 08:35I had to stay overnight for transit to Tokyo. This hotel is
quite reasonable for an easy access and a price.
(Paid 73Euro for a bigger room w/bathtub via Expedia)
Just 150m from Aulney sous bois RER stn. Close to
town centre (Monoprix supermarket, restaurants etc...)
If you are a light sleeper, better to bring ear plugs. Walls
are really thin can hear coughs next room...
However, less street noise at night.
Spacious bath room with bathtub...but, its stopper was broken.
fluffy towels, soap bar, shampoo(should bring your own)
Free wi-fi and passcode in small paper is given at the reception.
no fridge, safe deposit box in room, just a simple 2 star hotel room.
