Perfect base for exploring the high Alpine cols.
F800STon 31/08/2016 10:58We booked this place on the strenghth of Tripadvisor recommendatios and we weren't disappointed. As a centre for exploring some of the high Cols of the Alps it is ideal. We stayed in one of the chalets for a week. It was clean and very well equipped with a good fridge, dishwasher (a real bonus), electric hob and microwave. Television. Good standard of furnishing, beds and bedding.There was a large bathroom and separate loo. There was no washing machine in the chalet but there is a washing machine on site.Outside, each chalet has a very solid picnic table and umbrella with additional seats and a table too. Good swimming pool. We ate breakfast in the hotel each day. Excellent. We were very comfortable and highly recommend this place. Patricia Domeny, the owner, is delightful and is always on hand. The wi-fi in the area is a bit hit-and-miss.

PintaTTLon 28/08/2016 09:00Stayed here while cycling Les Grandes Alpes route. Fab local hotel, with indoor & outdoor pool, wifi and lovely clean rooms.
The 2 standout things from a cyclists perspective are they wash your cycling kit overnight & you get back clean & dry before breakfast...and that leads very nicely onto the second point: breakfast! Really good breakfast of fresh fruits, bread, croissants, yoghurts, juice, coffee & tea; with various hams & cheese. Perfect to set you up for more Alpine passes!

Romz Aon 12/07/2016 09:22Lucky enough to end up to this hotel after a long drive. Had the last room available and took chance to grab it. The hostess was friendly and greets you with a smile, showed the room first if it was of our approval. That makes it special because as guests you can choose, say no or yes to the room.
Big enough for us, needed no more, though it can be more better if we had the view. But nonetheless it's good.
The hotel is equipped with an indoor swimming pool and spa as well as outdoor swimming pool. Overall, thumbs up!
Good basic hotel
Charlotte Don 27/06/2016 19:56One of the cheaper hotels when we were traveling. Room is what you expect for price. Good bed, good shower! Loved the pool and sauna! Have not had breakfast. Found guillestre a great place for discovering region. A good restaurant was hard to find though..
Go see the sweet 'marmottes' at Dauphin fort!
Excellent location in the High Alps
Ian Con 19/11/2015 18:08The hotel is very nice - modern, clean, big rooms, and a lift(!). the manager is lovely and friendly and helpful. Unfortunately on the night we were there the Front National were holding a rally nearby, so it was noisy and uncomfortable for a few hours. The Logis restaurant of the same name next door now seems to be the headquarters of the local FN and the manager of the hotel kindly made recommendations on other restaurants in town proved to be excellent. In spite of the FN experience, I recommend the hotel very highly. The location in the high Alps is perfect for hikes and excursions and the scenery is, of course, spectacular. We will be going back for sure.
