Clean and functional - good overnight spot
Kzrooon 31/12/2015 15:08Clean and functional hotel in a nice little town. Nothing special to look at but welcoming reception and good rooms. Good spot for an overnight stop near the Alps. The hotel has triple rooms so good for families with 3 children - often so hard to find.
Nice and affordable
15William3on 20/12/2015 23:08The hotel is downtown, close to everything, people were very nice, helpful, free parking right next door, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. It is for independent travelers who do not depend on the hotel personnel for every detail. We liked it a lot!
The option if only you stay at La Roche
Mel_Lopezon 31/10/2015 20:51This "Hotel" is Ok. The thing is, is a really small town ville, so the owners close the hotel in he afternoon and at night. So don't expect the service like any other 24 hr reception hotels. If you have any issue you have to wait till they open agaian.
Beds are comfortable, and they have good tv screen and big bathroom.
The breakfast is poor, buffet and expensive for what it is. Like 9 euros. But they only have like, bread, some cheese, regular coffe and machine juices among other basic stuff.
For the price is better if you go to a coffe place in the town and have much better breakfast.
Comfort is well, spaces too. Hotel is ok for a 3 star hotel, the onlu thing is they close, which is crazy for a "hotel"

The rooms are new and clean.
The screen of the TV is small and the bathroom has the minimum.
It miss some different things in the bathroom, like something for fix the shower at the wall....
The breackfast is nice.
1 bad point is the noice of the other people who taken their breakfast with their chair.
Poor attitudes
Wightmouseon 21/08/2014 22:52I stayed at this hotel for one night in August 2014 as part of a holiday in the area. When we arrived there was a problem with the water and we had to wait over an hour for running water (we arrived at 4pm). These things happen, I thought.
The receptionist was quite helpful and gave us a map of the village. We ordered a pastry and coffee for breakfast.
The room itself was perfectly comfortable and I was able to borrow a hairdryer.
Having eaten our croissant and coffee (I had to beg for some jam, but perhaps that is expecting too much) we went to pay and were charged for the buffet breakfast. We were actually accused of having taken more than we had ordered (apparently there was some melon on my dad's plate?) and had a full blown argument in reception (in French).
The attitudes of the proprietors was just awful- they did not want to give a good service or to make people feel welcome.
