Excellent accomodation

We stayed for 2 nights and were really pleased with our choice. Gary and Sally take a lot of pride in the accommodation and service that they provide and so they should because it was excellent. The room was spotless and the bed was comfy. There was a good variety at breakfast and plenty of it, we had to go for the lighter option on the 2nd day. Though it is a guest house it had the feel of a small boutique hotel. It is a 15 minute walk to the town centre. We would highly recommend the Hunters Moon.

Lovely hosts and great breakfast

My boyfriend and I stopped here for two nights mid week. Gary met us when we arrived and showed us to our room, he was very helpful and also gave us some recommendations of places to eat and some places where we could get a discount. Our room (number 4) was lovely, there was a comfy bed, a fridge with milk and chilled bottled water (which was most welcome as it was very hot weather), good flatscreen TV and two nice comfy tub chairs.

The weather was really hot while we were there, but thankfully they did have a fan already in the room, which whilst it was not air conditioning (and we wouldn't have expected that in a B&B in any case), it really did help in the heat as otherwise we would have struggled to sleep!

The location was good, it's about a 15 minute walk into the centre of town so we didn't need to use our car and we just left it parked at the B&B.

Breakfast was excellent, I had smoked salmon & scrambled eggs, whilst my boyfriend had the full english. More toast was always available too. Both breakfasts were delicious. There was also a good selection of fruit juices, cereals and fresh fruit and yogurt.

I would definitely recommend this place and I would stop again if we were ever visiting the area.

Booked this after reading other peoples reviews and they were certainly right. Spotlessly clean, hosts very attentive and friendly. Plenty of choice for breakfast, including vegeterian. Very short drive to centre of Stratford or you can even walk there in about 15 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Welcoming and Convenient

We really enjoyed staying here. The owners, Gary and Sally were generous with their time and ensured that we were comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was generous and Hunter Moon is only a 15 minute walk to the town center. We easily manged the walk despite the very, very hot weather - a surprise to all. Our room was ample, with sufficient closet and drawer space, and the inn is in a quiet location - away from the shops theatre.

I stayed here for one night on my own for work .
Customer service is fantastic here, professional but personal .
The room was spotless and had every thing I needed . Shower was great and the bed was so comfy .
Breakfast was fantastic , I had the veggie option which was really tasty .
If my work were to book me here again I would be more than happy.
Thank you for a lovely stay .
