amyelizabethd2017on 10/07/2017 21:51This is a great hotel. Excellent breakfast variety. Full breakfast every day. Pool was fun. Staff cares about the hotel and clients and strives to interact with clients. Overall, this property is very clean. Quiet too.
Once in the hotel it was great
757billyqon 10/07/2017 21:27Very good experience in the hotel. Clean and staff was great. Only issue is the location, not easy to get in and out if you wanted to run out real quick for a bite or errand. Access road makes it difficult. Would recommend.

Yolanda Oon 06/07/2017 04:52Smelling room !!roach in the pancakes for breakfast, we told the lady whi was putting new pancakes that it was a roach on the pancakes also the pillows had a bad odor when you turned the A/c off the room had a extremely bad odor

My room was huge and clean.Only thing missing was a microwave but to be honest i didn't even miss it due to all the food and bar options this place had.

Living area and small kitchenette/bar area are very nice features! We enjoyed the complementary breakfast every morning. Used the pool a few times. Pool is not big or fancy but still nice. Workout room is small but still functions. Used it twice. The staff was SUPER! My daughters and I had a great time during our week stay in Austin. This was a vacation on a single mom budget and Hyatt Place delivered. Definitely picked the best hotel for us!! Would stay again in a heartbeat.
