Good stay but not at the same level as previous stay
JSp1990on 27/07/2017 22:30Last year, I stayed at this hotel and had an amazing stay and gave it 5 stars here on Tripadvisor. Because of this, I decided to stay here again when I retook the Bar Exam recently. When I arrived to check in, I had an issue with the credit card because I didn't realize I would need a matching id to match to the card and I was using my parent's card. No big deal but the front desk clerk begin to give me attitude and was very rude when asking questions about the card and in informing me I would need to use a different card. I can completely understand the questing but the attitude and rudeness were completely unnecessary and very unprofessional. The room itself was comfortable, clean and met my needs although the drain in the shower drained very slowly. The free breakfast was good both mornings although I was disappointed that there was no meat on the bar the first morning. Overall it was a good stay but the issues I encountered caused it to not be as good as last year's stay.
Nice, clean hotel
Tara Lon 25/07/2017 03:55We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place. It was quiet, clean, and the staff were all very friendly! Our only complaint was the size of the bathroom. The bathroom was very tiny with just the toilet and shower inside. The sink/mirror was outside of the bathroom and none of my family really cared for that. Otherwise, the hotel was great! It was in an excellent location with lots of restaurants close by, easily accessible from the road, and plenty of parking. We would stay here again.

Cindy Bon 23/07/2017 23:04After my husband and I were left roomless by an unscrupulous Airbnb hostess, we were concerned about funding a reasonably priced room at 5:30 pm. An apartment manager recommended this hotel. It had a great location, and a quiet, large room. Breakfast was ok, not great, but satisfactory.
Okay but not great
Linda Fon 23/07/2017 20:25This Hyatt Place was very busy. The lobby was full and noisy. We received a warm greeting. The hotel itself seems newish but the colors are drab and unwelcoming. Ugly mustard color in hallways. Our room was clean and roomy but had a tiny bathroom. Gloomy lighting. Comfy bed. We did not eat breakfast here because it was too crowded and loud.

Arch Con 23/07/2017 07:07We just happened on this place while searching for a stopover on our road trip north. The property seems quite new. The rooms were spacious, well appointed, very clean, and the rates were reasonable. The front desk staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make us happy. I will definitely put this hotel on our list of recommended resources. Well done!
