Great location, but noisy rooms
221ericakon 13/06/2017 15:07The way the hotel is set up (with a huge open atrium and all rooms facing the center) is just unfortunate. The noise goes straight up from the bar on the 1st floor all the way to our room on the 8th floor. I kept waking up thinking I left the TV on! The maid service was super speedy (one morning, we left for less than 1 hour and came back to our room already made up). The location was very easy to get in and out of and close to everything. I wouldn't recommend staying here on a Friday or Saturday though due to the noise. It wasn't as bad Sunday evening.
Beautiful, clean but not too many Amenities for the price! Need free breakfast, complimentary happy hour or free parking
Ashley Don 12/06/2017 21:08I think they should offer a free breakfast, complimentary happy hour or at least a free or cheaper parking! Drinks were overpriced! Parking is ridiculous! Not enough lighting in rooms and electrical plug-ins.
Great hotel
emmazyon 12/06/2017 13:56Extremely impressed with the newsletter with personal stories of staff members! A roll away bed was already waiting in my room, a very pleasant surprise. It is apparent to me that the hotel is very well managed. I had the best experience at this particular Hyatt hotel.
Great stay with a view
wests2017on 12/06/2017 04:59The staff was very courteous, and the room was nice. I enjoyed the breakfast and the cocktails at the bar. Overall it's a nice place to stay close to the convention center, and not to far from local entertainment.
