disappointed. very noisy most of the property. outside bar food awful. Room very tight no night table on one side or electricity redid these rooms and there is no excuse fro coming up short on multiple issues

We stayed in two suites at the Hyatt for my daughter's sixteenth birthday. She had one suite with her friends and I had a second with my friends to chaperone. I contacted the hotel prior to arrival to let them know of the occasion. Chad - the manager - did not disappoint. My daughter's suite was decked out with a basket of goodies, chocolate covered strawberries and some beverages. He also took care of the adults leaving us a bottle of wine and cheese and fruit platter. It was such a fabulous welcome. Everyone working at the hotel was so gracious from Logan at the front desk for check-in to Nick - the bellman that helped us with all of our luggage and party supplies. Chad even showed up at check-in with some painters tape in case we wanted to tape up any decorations. That was so thoughtful. We also were lucky enough to get rooms that had just been released from the recent renovations. We had one deluxe suite and one gulf front suite. They were both gorgeous and so spacious. I cannot say enough about how fabulous our stay was and how everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure that our weekend was special. We will definitely be back.
By the way, there have been quite a few reviews about the noise from the renovations - we did hear some during the day but were never bothered by any of it.

Outstanding view overlooking Clearwater Beach. Fabulous sunsets. Beach access right out the hotel door. Parking was easy and reasonably priced. Additional restaurants within easy walking distance - no need for taxi or Uber.

Hotel has been newly renovated and rooms and amenities are outstanding. Beach at your door step is quite lovely! We have already recommended this hotel to family and friends looking for a beach getaway. We will be back!

Came for my sons wedding 3 weeks ago. They negotiated a special rate for the wedding. We almost had a heart attack when we saw the rate for our 2 bedroom suite. Someone was confused. We just booked a room at a fancy hotel at Redondo Beach next Memorial Day weekend for a wedding and are paying the same.
2 bottles of free water daily for your room. Two bed room suite and you get 2 free bottles of water. I am struggling with the new math.
Then we go slapped with a daily Resort Fee? For what? Towels at pool, WIFI, and pool snacks. Went to the pool and asked for my snack and the bar tender handed me a menu and laughed. The second day, around 4, a cart came around with sherbet cups. Wow! To add insult to injury, we were taxed on this resort fee.
Park your car? Sure. We will only charge you a fortune to park your car. Maybe if you gouge someone for the room, you might consider including parking.
Noise galore due to renovation. Good news is the place needs extensive renovation.
On the positive side, the staff was very pleasant at every turn. The food for the wedding was good-Shor.
Save your money and rent a camper next time you think of staying there.
