Just returned from an 11 night stay at the Hyatt Regency for our holiday visiting Disneyworld and Universal studios. Check-in was quick and luggage taken to our room which was located in Tower 2 floor 12 pool facing view which was a joy to peruse at night. Photos below just to give a flavour!

Room was of a good size with 2 double beds, iPod / iPhone dock, fridge, iron / iron board and safe. Bathroom was again of a good size and the kids loved the embedded TV in the mirror!

Housekeeping was good replenished any towels and toiletries we needed on a daily basis.

We ate at the onsite 24 hour B-Liner restaurant as the food on offer had a lot of variety and if the item wasn't on the menu the chefs were flexible enough to make it which shows the high standards of the hotel. Special thanks to Farid and Kenton to looking after my families dietary needs!

The hotel itself is located perfectly on International drive close by restaurants for morning breakfast and evening meals and to visit Pointe Orlando and the Coca Cola eye

We chose this hotel because we wanted a holiday and some relaxing time away from the Disney/Universal parks and this hotel ticks all the boxes as the kids were able to have a swim and chill by the pool which had a water slide ,waterfall and hot tub! The pool side bar staff were great and thanks to them for looking after us!

The hotel is primarily a business hotel as many of the guests were staying on business or attending conferences, but this won't deter us from staying at the Hyatt again.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a quick business trip. The proximity to the convention center was great - being able to walk there for meetings was convenient. Lots of food options close by was also great. They also offer many items if you have forgotten to pack/bring them along. For example, my colleague forgot her hair straightener and was able to call front desk to have them bring one up for use during our stay. The rooms were clean, modern & comfortable and staff was friendly.

This place was huge. I needed Google Maps to find my way around. The accommodations were luxurious and the staff was very helpful. The meeting rooms were large and well appointed. There are several dining options on the property and more within a short walk.

Sorry I left you, Marriott!

My room in Tower 1, 11th floor was a remarkable disappointment. There were black hairs on the sheets and no duvet cover on the comforter (only flat sheets surrounding it on both sides). In the rest room the shower curtain had questionable brown stains on it and there was no waste basket. In the main room, the phone was unplugged from the base, and the handset was hidden in a drawer.

I live in Orlando and have stayed at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress and decided to do something different. Chose this location because I wanted my kids to have some fun before headIng back to school and it is on I-Drive. We loved the pool area, it was spacious and nice to just sit and relax. Had a great time and we had the opportunity to enjoy some great food and entertainment because the location is perfect.
