Trendy, small, great location
Michael Ron 01/06/2017 20:04The fixtures are fun and the furniture and designs have a modern feel. The complimentary breakfast wasn't anything special, but it was a nice way just to start the day with some free food. The customer service was average, but they were very helpful when it came to answering questions. The rest of the staff was a little lack luster, but their participation wasn't pivotal in the overall positive experience. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Really close to public transportation beautiful streets, shops, and restaurants.
Overpriced and disappointing
Torbjørn Son 18/05/2017 07:46This place is not at all a four star hotel. Overpriced and not at all in line with expectations. Small room with very few amenties, not even a deposit box in the room. Although Paris is pricey, there are many alternatives that offer significantly better value for money. Stay away.
Tiny and dirty
Eleonora_Kiron 26/04/2017 22:49Would not recommend to anyone.It was not clean, the shower was so tiny that I could hardly take a shower (I wear xs size). The room itself was extremely tiny. They have problems with light. The receptionist was smoking outside when we arrived....
Visiting family.
brendan0913on 20/04/2017 17:41Very disappointing. Air-conditioning not working, hottest day/night of year so open window meant little sleep because hotel situated in very busy location. Staff sympathetic but unable to assist and no offer of any kind. A pity because location is great and buffet breakfast plentiful Perhaps "4 star" is too high - in the locality I have stayed a two far superior 4 stars and two 3 stars that are at least as good as Le Bon. Will not return.
Not a four star hotel!
joujou_9on 07/04/2017 10:48We booked this hotel and the location was great very close to a metro station, there were grocery shops across the street and a cafe trattoria just outside. But for us , I would have expected tea and coffee with a hot water kettle , just like other 4star hotels offer. No concierge, it's ok. Breakfast was very limited.
