reasonable accomodation - take care when booking
Greta Bon 04/10/2016 07:58Good location for parking and catching the bus into town. Reasonable rooms. Bakery across the road. Do not use getaroom.com when booking this or any other hotel. They add on extraordinary fees, charges and taxes (in my case it was nearly another nights worth of accommodation).

Saggy worn out bed.
Tired décor.
Noisy hallways which echo the sound of other guests. It is impossible to keep quiet.
Nowhere nearby to eat or drink.
Poor facilities.
Really poor breakfast.

Was looking for a good hotel in Toulouse near my family
Taboumon 12/12/2015 20:54I spent two good nights there and all was well and the staff nice and helping. They rung me after my departure to tell me I had left some clothes in the cupboard and offered to sent it to me. A very helping staff.
Cute, budget hotel with small friendly staff
chowdog65on 13/09/2015 18:24I was looking for an inexpensive alternative to downtown hotels with public transit access to Paul Sabitier university. The rooms are small but clean as is the bathroom. The cure outside my window was a pasture with a horse, even though we were close the the city.
The breakfast is sparse and probably not worth the extra charge. For under five euros you can cross the street and eat fabulous croque Monsieur and French tarts for around 6€ total.
The hotel is on the 10 bus line and the 78 bus line to the university is only about 150 meters walking distance at an intermediate sized bus transfer point. The 78 bus line ends at the edge of the university at a metro stop where you can transfer for free to go downtown.
The staff is very friendly and the hotel is designed for budget minded locals. It is expensive to take a taxi from the airport but if you're willing to hoof it with only carry on luggage you can take the tram to the metro to the bus and a short walk to the hotel.
Not for the typical tourist but if you're an academic on an academic budget then it's certainly worth considering.

Nice rooms with good aircon, and an excellent breakfast.
Traditional French menu for evening meals
Small criticism: no coffee/ tea making facilities in the room.
Friendly & helpful staff.
Very reasonable room rates--- excellent value.
