leonardf391on 22/06/2017 16:30Everything was great except the internet connection. I paid for the Business Upgrade and it was a total waste of money. The internet was so slow when you could get on it. The second night we couldn't get on at all...

viktordston 18/06/2017 14:15Nice hotel in good localization, especially for people who arrive by bus in Berlin, because Ibis Messe adjoins to ZOB Berlin. Very kind staff in reception :) I had cool view for city center from 7'th floor. I recommend this place.
Internet Terrible
Len Fon 18/06/2017 06:27I booked and paid for Business Internet Package. The internet was terrible. Most times it did not work at all and we had to switch to the Free Internet. When we were connected it was too slow.
The rest of the stay was excellent. Friendly staff, great food and clean room.

Emmi Lon 19/05/2017 08:54Ibis Berlin messe was clean and have to say, nicest Ibis hotel where I've ever been to. I was also positively surprised of the level of breakfast. Very positive surprise over all.
And the personnel in the hotel were 'worth' 5 stars. If this review was only about the personnel, no doubt I would give full 5 stars. Thanks for the great service.
I wouldn't say "definitely coming back" because I wasn't the one who booked Ibis. Myself I prefer different kind of hotels. But still, this is a very nice for being Ibis.
Efficient, Clean, Exceptional service, good value for money

They received and held parcels sent from our office, provided a decent free wi-fi, a free printer, held our outgoing packages for DHL to pick up. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. The room was good sized and very clean. Very good breakfast, even if a little on the expensive side, given the price of the room, which was very competitive
