Location and price..
Kostas Eon 31/07/2017 21:38This hotel is located near the train station (about 7 min on foot) and 5 min from the city centre. Service quality the same as every ibis hotel and staff really helpful. Great view to Montego River. Good value for money.
5 night stay
Richard Hon 29/07/2017 23:34We had 3 rooms for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We previously had 3 nights at the Ibis Porto Gaia. All staff very helpful and friendly. WiFi very good throughout the hotel. Car park is situated underneath the hotel and the access is a little tight. We had rooms on the 5th floor with great views of the park and across the river.
All rooms were clean and comfortable and even though we faced the main road we never had any issues with traffic noise. We had the breakfast each day which was normal Ibis cold buffet and was fine. Didn't eat at the hotel in the evening but menu was the same as Porto.

eannamcbrienon 26/07/2017 22:17Hotel is in a great location to explore the city. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. We didn't bother getting the breakfast as there are great cafes near that are cheaper and it seamed like the food was cooked in a microwave. We enjoyed fado music while we stayed in the city.
Great hotel with everything you need
Explorer20000on 16/07/2017 01:14Great location, helpful staff and practical compact rooms. The cleaner does a lovely job with the rooms and the place is very practical. The breakfast is quite basic but you can get a nice continental breakfast, some hot food would really add to it! Overall though Ibis are great hotels, clean and lovely staff and great rooms for what you need.

The hotel itself is good, clean and comfortable but, as we had just stayed in Ibis Porto Gaia on the previous nights, which is a new, modern and lovely hotel, we could notice the difference between them. Although it meets the Ibis standards, it'd benefit from a freshen- up. The staff was polite but not very friendly, like in the previous Ibis. The buffet breakfast is good, but like the rest of the hotel, it could have a more vibrant atmosphere. The fresh fruit juice offered on arrival was a nice gesture.
