Very convenient hotel, quiet and renovated rooms
Mickael Con 25/06/2017 07:26We had a good stay at Ibis Muenchen Messe, the staff at the reception were attentive and caring. However the room cleaning service wasn't up to the standard. Two days in a row we left the hotel around 9.30am to visit Munich and when we came back at night our room had not been cleaned at all and the bath towels were still wet from the morning. The issue was reported to the reception and we were told that it would be reported to the cleaners.
Otherwise this hotel was fully renovated which makes it very nice and cozy. It offers a good wifi coverage and a good restaurant with basic food for people wishing to have meals there.

T8865HOandrewjon 23/06/2017 14:07I have visited this hotel a few times and it was always satisfactory. Sadly this time when I arrived at 18:30 and quite tired, I asked the reception about an evening meal. I was told that this would only be possible before 19:00 and there after closed to all guests due to a bus tour of 40 people. The reception told me I could order a fertig Pizza but I would have to eat this in my room. This was disapointing because firstly I did not want a fertig pizza and therefore I had to get back into my car and travel again. Then I asked about breakfast that I had booked and paid for, and was told that I should breakfast before 08:00 or after 09:00 because of the bus tour guests. I felt like a second class guest. I arrived at my room and half corridor was a building site. All in all this was a very bad service and I will not be visiting Ibis again.

wearehereaton 14/06/2017 14:21Ibis Muenchen Messe is a great and super convenient location in Feldkirchen, just a few minutes drive away from International Exhibition Center Munich and a short ride to the beautiful downtown of Munich.

J Gon 10/06/2017 00:41We went there as couples to stay for one night. The hotel staff was friendly and spoke English. Besides being pet-friendly Hotel, the hotel provides free car parking and free Wi-Fi. The room provided was clean and the bed was very comfy. Overall: 4 Stars
Comfortable hotel, awesome staff
Rory Son 27/05/2017 17:34Spent a week in the hotel for a trip to Munich. Staff was excellent,food was good, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was right next to the autobahn and easy access to anywhere you need to go around Munich. My only complaint was that the hotel was doing a second floor renovation. I understand that hotels need to renovate, and I was not surprised to be woken up at exactly 8am every day with renovation noises. I only wish that the info was on their web page so that people could make a decision based on this information I was gone most every day, so it was not much of an inconvenience, but people who might like to spend the afternoon relaxing before an evening out would be disappointed with the noise.
